    Bumping the wall out like you said is another thought.
    Running that Pex over to the opposite wall would be a challenge.
    It's the subfloor under the beams that are the issue.
    The plywood has square driven screws countersunk into the 2x4s.
    Makes it difficult to rip the ends out under the wall area.
    Probably need to buy another tool... maybe a small Dremel to cut it out in small pieces.
    I thought I could just cut out the entire subfloor and replace it in one large piece but that appears more difficult than I figured.
    So trying to snake the hot and cold pex lines doesn't appear so simple.
    Thanks for the options though.
    It seems that I need to get all my measurements in order now before I cut anything else.

    I measured it out and your right that it would be about a 48x32 space if I put a 1 foot bench on that wet wall.
    More of a shelf than a bench as I wouldn't want people to sit on it.
