Thread: Mdawg revelation

  1. #1
With the identity of the person posting as Mdawg on multiple forums now circulating, I have come into some tax information that may be of interest to some. I will not dox this person by revealing identity, nor will I share any information not directly related to the public gambling claims.

In two recent years this person reported gambling winnings, which is to be expected since this person is a fairly high stakes player that records wins that are reported by the casinos. In both years gambling wins were offset by gambling losses. This is the part that directly contradicts claims of winning, with no or very little losses that are makes on multiple forums. This person is either lying to the members of these forums or lying to the IRS.

This information does not include the current year obviously, with repeatedly claims a net win of 500k. It will be interesting to see how these claims are reported to the IRS next year.

    What are the "multiple forums?"

Since you can't dox the fool, perhaps you can cast a few breadcrumbs as clues for us to follow?
    What, Me Worry?

Why even obsess over this? Block the fucker and go on with your life.

If this is true then you should keep quiet about it. Also, the IRS will investigate any claim made by other parties against another if the amount in question is over 200k. So someone claiming they earn 200k publicly but didn't pay anything would be subjects to investigation. The reporting party is eligible for a percentage of any tax recovery.

But, other than side bets, I have never heard of a reason that a table games player would have for declaring gambling income then showing losses on their taxes. There is nothing requiring reporting. The IRS does not even receive CTR information.

How would tewlj have access to MDawg's tax information?

Sure I can list the forums. Wizard of Odds, True passages, Gambling Forums and here, VCT. He didn't post long here as he quickly realized he wasn't protected as he is at WoV and this true passages forum. While he posted extensive info on his claims at WoV, prior to the thread being hidden, at this true passes he litterally posts a day by day for over 100 days of play now. Info that could come back to haunt him if he doesn't account for that winning on his taxes.

I am not sure what breadcrumbs you are looking for MisterV but good luck. I almost hate to list these forums because it may result in directing more people to this collection of fiction tales and I hate to be responsible for even one more person reading them. But hopefully there are no members that haven't figured out this situation.

One more thing I will mention. I asked to do a poll at WoV, just a simple, do you beleive or not beleive, similar to the one I did here with Singer (results 23-1 not believe). I was denied as part of the protection that Mdawg is afforded.

Such a poll is useful in several ways. 1) if lopsided like the singer poll, which I suspect would have been the case with Mdawg as well, it says to the person in question (Mdawg) that you might as well stop because no one is buying your crap. And 2), to people like myself that are concerned about other players buying into this load of crap, it say, hey lighten, up, no one is beleiving this crap anyway.

Yep I am aware of all that. I have no interest in pursuing any of that, but I thought others might, which is why I shared.

Had to unblock you to see this. WoW was it worth it! NOT!!! All I can say is you seem to be or at least pretend that you are rather naive to things.

This is why I said, "If this is true". I have no clue how one would get tax information legally from another party without them submitting it.

Every more serious gambler knows how to deal with the IRS. What you pretend to be interested in; “This person is either lying to the members of these forums or lying to the IRS” exposes your phony stupidity for what it really is.

Do everyone here a favor and take another week off from posting here. No wonder visiting this forum the past week was actually pleasant.

Whoa Whoa there fella. No where did I say "I got anything". Go back and read what I carefully wrote. Come on Max, you know how these things work. With a little information, you can find out almost anything you want to know.

I think my job here is done. probably should have stopped with the opening post in this thread. Probably some ambulance chasing lawyer sending multiple messages to Druff right now, pressuring and threatening him as we speak.

This is actually how these two members really think, care, or respect their fellow members privacy. Notice they are the same two of the three members always threatening to allegedly dox other members.

What am I misreading? You are claiming to have his tax filing.

Nope. I would insert "knowledge of" into your above statement. Otherwise you get into who acquired such infomation and how such information was acquired and I am not involved, nor wish to know details of any of that. I just have knowledege of the information.

He's claiming that he has "come into some tax information",
while asserting that doesn't mean that he "got" the information.

    Typical tewlj doubletalk...the guy's a tewl.

It's a simple as that...no legal "thread" involved or necessary.

This sounds like another one of your flip-flops from week to week. Just how do you expect MaxPen is supposed to understand what you are saying after your following accusation of him last week:

No, KJ, I am not trying to get anyone to change sides of their support. Just pointing out something that everyone already knows that you are so self-centered in your ideals, that at times you actually having to co-mingle with the membership is a pain in the ass to you.

You are flat out loony. One situation has nothing to do with the other. I can like and agree with someone on most issues and still point out when I disagree on another.

Yes, one situation has nothing to do with another, however, if someone disagrees with one of your opinions instead of discussing it you rather just call the person ignorant and be done with it.

What the he'll is there to discuss? MaxPen and monet hijacked two different discussions by posting pictures and details of bathroom remodeling. These are two smart people. It wasn't by accident. It was an intentional act of trolling because they didn't care for the discussion. That is hijacking and trolling on ANY forum. They know it. They should have been called out on it.

Doesn't mean I dislike either MaxPen or Porkchop. And they will probably do the same damn thing with the next thread they don't care for.
