Thread: Hahaha look what I found

This is related to Indian casinos in California. Call me the king of research and this is probably the same shit for Vegas. I was digging into the California compacts with the tribes to see if I could find anything that could put my cheating concerns at rest and I found this.

Per the state compact with the Indian tribes, it thereby states, audits are basically never conducted on the weekends or holidays lmaoo. The audits are conducted during normal business hours, OUTSIDE OF WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Hahahhaha. These are the last two words I needed to see. So there's no threat of a random audit ever occuring during a weekend or holiday. What do you think that says to the casino in what they can and cannot do?

I knew my instincts were right all along. This should frighten the shit out of you people. Sure the section before this states how an independent laboratory must inspect the machine to be in working order, which is nice to see and made me feel better, but wtf is that about not having audits on weekends or holidays? It also says they must keep testing records of the gaming devices, which is also good, but wtf is this no random audits on weekends or holidays? Are you kidding me? So it's just a free for all on weekends and holidays?

It's worse than that - if you file a complaint with the State of California Gambling Control Commission regarding a casino, they will just tell you to take it up with that casino LMFAO:

So casinos can literally rig the shit out of it every weekend and holiday knowing there will never be an audit? Got it

    Idiot.

What are you doing fishing for info on crooked slot practices employed by red-skin owned California casinos?

You came here recently crying and pulling your hair over being regularly butt-fucked at blackjack by all the Caesars properties; why don't you spend your time investigating that?

Seems you're too easily distracted to focus on what's really important.

He is overly paranoid, but not necessarily wrong. I don't play Indian Casinos whether it is a weekday, weekend or holiday, because I don't like the idea that most are basically unregulated and can do as they please.

Back when I was getting ready to move to Vegas, all the card counters were flocking to the midwest Indian casino games. Great Rules and penetration. The games had a high SCORE and win rate. I was thinking of maybe moving somewhere in the midwest to circulate among those games for a year or two before I headed on to Vegas. But while those games looked great on paper, almost every player I talked to and networked with at the time, wasn't winning, or if they were it was far below expectation. We aren't talking a couple sessions, these were multiple players that were playing these games regularly.

And then there was an incident with the Blackjack Bash, if any of you remember that annual gathering from blackjackinfo. One year held at an Indian Casino, I think in Wisconsin, and no one won. Dozens of top notch card counters playing a game with a great SCORE, and no one or almost no one won.

That is when I decided I would stick to casinos that were regulated by a state commision. Haven't played an Indian Casino since.

Now we are having Indian casinos moving into Vegas. Mohegan sun has been running the casino at Virgin for 5 or 6 months now. I played a couple times did ok. An Indian casino group from cali is opening the Palms and another indian casinos buying a strip property....is it Bally's?? I forget. I am going to have to look into just what this means. I am assuming they have to play by Nevada rules and regulations.

Anyway, my point to this was, if you are not comfortable with the idea of Indian Casinos and how they are regulated, don't play them.

Oh and by the way, this is probably the wrong thread, but all Zenkings threads are the same anyway, so I will just mention, I was out early getting in my play for the day and won, not a lot but a few hundred. Just about expectation for the day. So I don't know if Friday counts as part of the holiday weekend or not. Maybe I squeezed my play in before they got all the cheating devices installed or before they removed some Aces and Ten's or something.

You played before Caesars brought in their "coolers" to deal the cards.

Plus they must have used cards not made in China.
