How in the hell do I lose every fucking weekend in Vegas? Tell me how? Now that I keep a spreadsheet instead of win loss totals and hours played at each property I'll finally expose this fucking mob ridden faggot city.

Down -19,067.50 hahhaha after 152 hours rofllll. Yea what a fair game. Keep in mind I don't play any negatives under -1 and max bet at +5 at 2x250 and I'm down -19k roflll

Most likely just because you are an asshole. God changes the deck so you run bad.

Just to be clear, you are down $1400 in just 12 hours over 2 weeks since your last rant. Are you now going to start ranting over every losing session and hand?

I have had my clock cleaned this weekend on a short trip to another part of the state. I have lost 12 of 14 sessions in past 2 days and am down $14k+

I don't think everyone in the "little big town" is cheating me.
I don't see Chinese numbers and writings on the cards.
I don't think God hate me and is trying to get even.
What I do think is this game involves variance and at times, pretty big swings.

You know all those somewhat outdated blackjack books from the 80's? While there are some things outdated like the bet spreads and ramps (today's games require a quicker ramps and/or bigger spread), the one thing they all had right was the need for a large bankroll due to variance and swings.

At that time, before every player had computer software available to him, the general rule was BR = 100 x largest or max bet. We now have software that can be even more specific depending on one's individual tolerance for RoR. And for most serious players 100 max bets is not enough. Most play 150 to 200 max bets.

Why? Because you WILL incur these big swings! Anyone that can not accept this, should not be playing or at least trying to play professionally or seriously.

small detail but any player playing a max bet of 2 x anything, needs even more bankroll because of the co-variance that can occur short term, meaning those streaks where the dealer is just pulling 20's and 21 out of his ass and you lose both hands over and over.

And finally, a player that has won, $50,000, $60,000, $80,000 over a number of months or part of a year and then goes on to lose 20k over months, and thinks something is wrong.....just doesn't understand the game and variance involved. It is that pure and simple.

And until he does....I don't know. I guess we are all just subject to periodic lunacy rants.

That's only true for DOATs, not GOATs. As ZK would say, Now shut up you fucking *%$$@! fraud.

People should have more confidence in the ability of the mentally unstable King. He's got the ultimate backing of the great AlexWolf Alex clearly sees the real life potential in this loose cannon. He hasn't threw in the towel yet, on the self proclaimed BJ Goat.

He considers himself a gambling god, thus his misfortunes must have a demonic cause.

Yes, it's old Beelzebub himself, masquerading as a BJ dealer, come down to earth to battle mano el mano with the king.

This upstart needed to get his head handed to him, and Satan was happy to do so.

Different day/different story creation. Kew SHOCKS everyone with his familiar "I'm down $14,000" revelation after trying to make someone else's thread all about him again. But we all know everyone can end up breathing another great sigh of relief, as he will soon come back on to claim " hey everybody! guess what?....the math came thru for me again, as I'm now UP a few thousand!!" Yes, another plagiarized derivative from one of the many blackjack books out there in order to make his infatuation with being a "bj pro" seem real.

It's amazing how only a few want to see this.

Look Gramps, do you have to hijack every thread with your Kewlj obsession?

You say the stupidest things that PROVE beyond any doubt, that you know nothing about card counting and really very little about what it means to play with an advantage in any form.

Most games played with an advantage have variance, (card counting with a slim edge and huge variation in wagers, much more than most). The result is going to be huge swings and yes, for a player playing the stakes I played this weekend, 5 figure losses short term is very, very much in the "normal" range. But if a player keeps playing with that advantage, you are absolutely right, at some point, whether it be the next few days (not likely), next week, next month, or several months, he will win those losses back and go well above and beyond, because he is playing with an advantage. This is just an age old mathematical fact.

Now, I wouldn't expect a guy like you that claims to play at a disadvantage and overcome that disadvantage with voodoo concepts like progression wagering, stop limits and less optimal "special plays, none of which can overcome negative expectation long-term, to understand this. So you resort to your fantasy claims and bullying hate attacks to compensate. What a pathetic existence!

The problem with you is that your responses are always about the game's rules of Las Vegas where you mainly play or in this case Reno "(today's games require a quicker ramps and/or bigger spread)," that is complete bullshit for the places where I play at.

KJ, you always seem to think that you're grinding away method of hit and run for very short sessions is the only way of getting longevity is a fallacy period. When there is no other way "by not having nearby casinos" of playing by your rules of styles a player can get a lot of traction out of playing higher limit tables with great rules and actually using and disguising smaller spreads. Spreads combined with plenty of Wongouts can earn a very nice hourly EV. I have done this for years so I know it is true.

BoSox, I share what I do. And what I do and how I do it is based on my circumstances of where I play. I can't very well share what you or others do. But I have always encouraged you and other to share what and how you do. You and others are always resistant to that. And THAT is your call. I would LOVE to hear more about what you do and how you do it. Likely there would be some things I could incorporate into my game just as I have from many others. A lot of what I do has come from other players. I am actually proud of that.

Now, I don't think I have ever said my way is the only way or anything to that effect. What I have said many times is that old "playall" approach" where a player sits down at one table for 3, 4 hours playing through all the negative hands to get to the fewer (than years ago) really good positive count hands, is a very tough hill to climb these days.

I am sure you are aware that when I travel, I play other styles out of necessity. And this year and last, even in Vegas, I have been playing higher limits so as to accumulate EV faster than my usual grinding style. That means I have adopted new techniques, to camouflage those spread. One such technique I have mentioned is spreading both ways. So I am on the same page as you. There are different techniques and styles, some better suited for different circumstances than mine. Again, I share what I do....that is all I can do.

As for Reno....I won't be rushing back. Besides the 5 figure backslide I experienced, losing most sessions, through a friend, I have just become aware of "consequences" that are likely to follow me back home or wherever I am playing next. My fault. I probably didn't adjust to what I know is their lower tolerance level as much as I should have.

Good to see you posting BoSox. I hope all is well. And I would love to see you and others share some of what you do.
