I just use nog. That's my American twist. Keep it simple. What they do is referred to as noggin'. Anything to help someone expand their horizons.

Max, I don't think you were around for the days of the famous "storage locker in Arizona." It was kind of like Dr. Who's Tardis. Rob kept many things in there that couldn't be found in the outside reality -- Hellcats and video poker machines that were non-random and rigged and three foreign mathematicians who told him his systems worked and a yeti. There was intense debate about whether the Loch Ness monster was also in there, but no conclusions were drawn. Not surprising a ZR-1 would fit as space is not an issue in a Tardis.

Now for older folks who don't know a Tardis from a Tango, the storage locker in Arizona was kind of like Felix the Cat's bag of tricks. Felix the Cat could reach in there and pull just about anything out. Everything fit in his bag and was conveniently available whenever needed, just like Rob's storage locker.

Well, to get back to the original post, I just read where Ruggs and his girlfriend had come from a TopGolf date. He had texted both QB Carr and WR Renfroe, who are white, about golf swing tips before heading out. So I find it jarring that the original post using the word "thug" is being used to describe a person who went on what amounted to a golf date after asking two of the whitest boys ever for golf tips. That part of the sequence doesn't have much thuggishness to it.

Ruggs gets drunk on the golf date, then kills someone and ruins his own life. I'm not sure how much skin color or a supposed thuggish attitude had to do with it.

Now here's the kicker. The problem is with me, not the original poster. The problem is that me, as a white dude who has spent -- literally -- more than 3000 nights in LV and should know better, I kind of bought into the clubbing idiot black guy showing off with fatal consequences -- AKA "thug." Not really the whole story of that night, or even a reasonable angle on it.

Singer is going to take any chance he can to be racist and/or troll. It is true that there is nothing here to particularly suggest the man was a thug except he played NFL and was black. I've known lots of people who do stupid things but most people who drive drunk know enough to not speed 150 through city streets. Regardless, thats why the guy needs 10 years so everyone else who considers such actions has reason to pause.

The fact the guy was that willing to put people's lives at unneeded risk makes the thug label appealing.
It is official. Redietz will never be on Dan Druff's podcast. "too much integrity"

Hell, I think most drinkers have had moments where they could have gotten nailed for DUI but lucked out.

One day years ago while in law school I drove to the coast with my bi-polar buddy; lots of weed and a shit load of alcohol.

Driving home is but a blur, I was completely hammered.

It was raining heavily; I do recall spinning out twice on Hwy. 26 and once on an off ramp with nary a scratch or mishap.

Oh yeah, many a night I drove home from the tavern keeping one hand over one eye to end the double vision.

    Those were the daze ...

What makes this guy a thug is that he's famous, he can easily handle himself, and yet he still found the need to drive drunk with a loaded gun in his car. Typical Oakland nigga mentality. He should have stayed at Alabama for his senior year before being drafted. Then, he wouldn't have been influenced by the punks who control that shit hole of a city.

Max and his jealousy (and redietz and his weirdness) at work again. There are other methods of living and doing things besides the simpleton ways you go-nowhere, do-nothing people think they are done. Across the board. I'd take the time to "invite" max over here to personally view the 12-year old ZR-1 in my grandson's name, but even without a bet he's afraid of both me and his reputation of being able to continue lying about things he doesn't want to be. Already him being a proven coward, I'll leave it at that.

LVMPD will now focus on who's home Ruggs visited for several hours after Top golf and prior to racing thru the streets.

Shows what You know Singer. Wrong on both counts.

Ruggs, never played for Oakland Raiders. For all we know he never set foot in Oakland. He was drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders and played both his seasons in Las Vegas.

As for who's home he was drinking at....no ones. Top Golf, Las Vegas is as much a drinking establishment, Bar/club as it is a golf driving range. I believe there are 5 different bars.

The victim's family needs to lawyer up quickly in order to pin down Ruggs' drinkinging activity at Top Golf so that a dram shop wrongful death claim can be made against them.

Wow, two deep-pocket target defendants: a personal injury lawyer's dream come true.

    Oh the humanity.

Top Golf lists a midnight closing time on Mondays. So it is likely his drinking only started there. But it is located at the back end of MGM, so God knows where he continued drinking. Probably one of the strip clubs.

Monday is actually casino workers night at many bars and clubs around Vegas. Of course he is not a casino worker, but it is a fairly big night at many establishments. I'll bet there is some bar or club (and bartender) that is probably quite worried right now.

It's because half this forum is racist cunts. Which is perfectly fine by Druff, as long as you don't use any Jewish slurs.

Put it this way, if your were on another forum have of them would still be racist cunts but you’d have no idea which ones.

The ignorance is a product of inexperience and pig-headedness. If you're stupid enuf to feel as if you need to drive around a city drunk WITH A LOADED GUN, that's the definition of a thug. And if Ruggs was foolish enuf to drive city streets at hellish speeds without concern for human (or animal) life, he's dumbass enuf to fire that weapon at someone who might pull out in front of him or cut him off. Thugs despise being dissed. Ruggs = thug.

Not many mirrors in Rob's camper.

I love Chappelle. Here's one of my faves. My girlfriend said that she thought the kernel of the Bigsby idea might have come from an old Little House on the Prairie episode at the school for the blind.

I appreciate the Bigsby character, as I live on a street named for Nathan Forrest. Look him up. Mickey turned me on to him when I asked why my street had two R's in the name.

    Sincerely,
