I wanted Druff to see this as one day, he'll probably call 911 for an ambulance while visiting. I dont know if the cities and county are adding more units as well. The EMS dynamics and politics in Las Vegas are changing...

Thought you might be interested to know AMR Las Vegas just lost a large part of its response area because of response times. And now they are pouting about it to their staff as they force mandatory over time and do nothing to raise wages... 11.50 (emt) 12.95 (AMET) 15.00 (Medic)

Amr and Medic west accounted for 88% of Las Vegas EMS up until today. When the Clark County Comissioners office reduced them to 66%. Each having only 33% of the city now. And they blame it all on a pilot program rather than them being 70 Medics down and losing Medics 2 and sometimes 3 to every 1 they can hire. It's enjoyable to watch it all fall apart for them.
