Very good, monet. We've been following this guy for more than a year.

He is very even handed and brings a bit of an international perspective to things.

Japan approved Ivermectin early on. Everybody can get it there.

My girlfriend's daughter's doctorate had a bit to do with the genetics he mentions as possibly protecting the Japanese, also. She worked on eyes, and those genetic markers can be found int he eyes.

Anyway, monet, spread this guy's videos if you will. He is an excellent resource, and nobody can accuse him of being unscientific or biased. He literally walks you through every step of the scientific questions.

Your take is 180 off of mine. He keeps going on about coincidences because the new case graph starts to plummet 10 days after some ruling on ivermectin. Look at how many times he says it is a coincidence. I mean, tons of stuff can be a concidence. I took a shit the day of the peak but it isn't really interesting. How can Ivermectin be lowering new cases ? What am I missing? Did you actually watch him and listen to him?

Yea, go to about :50.. "a very straange coincidence" even with raised eyebrows. LOL. Then he drops how the main street media is covering it up. Same old dumb shit.

If you listen to this dude..... rofl. This country is done with.

So can your girlfriend's daughter's "doctorate" also deliver a cure for people with glaucoma or extreme cataracts? Or must we consult with a copy of 1980's Gypsters and Tipsters or some decades-old Wiseguys tournament first?

Actually, Rob, you'd have to ask her. She had been helping to run clinical trials that addressed some of those issues. If you want to consult her regarding glaucoma drugs, ask the questions you have and I'll pass them along the next time we zoom. Her doctorate is in the process of testing and fast tracking drugs. I don't know the technical term for that doctorate, but I'll inquire and let you know.

You can even ask the questions here and I'll pass them along.

If you think I make stuff up to post on vegascasinotalk, you're confusing me with you.

Questions? Re-read my post again, comrade. They're right there.

And, do you make up content? You tell me. Have you ever offered one iota of support for all the items--weird and infrequently, otherwise--that you put into print here?

I invent nothing. You know that.

If you have a question for the doctor (Ph.D.), pass it along and I'll pass it along. Despite your idiocy, if you have legitimate health questions, I'm bound by my personal code of conduct to assist you. I'll be more than happy to push you off a cliff after I assist you, but I will assist you.

1 in 3 vaccinated people believe that the Unvaccinated should be put in lockdown.
History Repeats once again as the Nazis are about to lock us unvaccinated up.
Most of my life I got to enjoy White Privilege lol... Now I get to experience what its like to be spit on as a minority.
Best of both worlds... I suppose the State will declare the Unvaccinated to be Outlaws in the near future.
    Long Live Big Brother!

“If the government cared about your health, they’d spend money on regenerative agriculture, access to organic foods, nutritional education, exercise education, clean drinking water, mindfulness, and the importance of stress reduction.
Why do you trust anything they say?”

I'd trust the government before a for profit entity all things equal. I'd always analyze motives first, but yea..

Nah I can think for myself.

Nazis were the victims of the propaganda.

There's been one group in the past few years centered around one guy, who basically supported those who tried to overthrow the democratic government. I think those people are a lot closer to nazis than anyone else, but this isn't the place to argue who is the biggest nazi-like group in America. The important thing is for you to see yourself as some poor victim. They're lining up to put you in the gas chamber, right?

    RIGHT.

Rolling around in the mud with the tin-foil hatters will definitely have me coming out smellling like SHIT.

I should quit posting FACTS and let the FAKE NEWS fill your head with bullshit so you can continue internet cowering UNINTERRUPTED.

    WILL DO!

    I found this very telling.

The virus killed more police officers nationwide last year than all other causes combined, according to data from the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. Coronavirus also was the most common cause of duty-related deaths in 2020 and 2021, according to the ODMP.

Monet makes some pretty much unassailable points.

Most of this boils down to two things:

    1) If you are vaccinated, and you get infected, your viral loads with Delta and Omicron are comparable to the viral loads of an infected unvaccinated person. This means that you spread the disease just as effectively. You may, in fact, spread it more effectively since (A) your symptoms may be milder which leads to more social interaction and (B) you get "gold cards" to attend concerts, enter restaurants, fly, and so on. So it's possible that the vaccinated may be spreading the disease more than the unvaccinated.

    2) There was something often referred to early in the pandemic as an "R Value," which predicted the average spread of disease per infected person. So an R Value above one meant the infection rate was more than necessary to maintain the same number of infected people in the population. Anything below one meant that the infection was contracting. What is beyond curious is that if the feds and medical authorities were interested in making the case that the vaccinated were spreading the virus less than the unvaccinated, we would hear about how different the R Values were. We hear nothing of the kind.

If you do get infected, being vaccinated undoubtedly dials down the severity of disease and rate of hospitalization for the original and Delta variant, and for the new variant if you are boosted . But that has nothing to do with spread of the virus.

1 may or may not be true.

However, say we managed to vaccinate 99% of the people and the R value lowered under 1. It is inevitable that vaccinated people would spread more. So on some level it is inevitable given how we know that vaccinations don't fully work .

I'm fairly comfortable believing that you can't test for R value amongst 2 populations like that. Not in an ethical manner that you'd find in Western societies. I don't think they determine R values from contract tracing. Rather it comes from overall population testing results. There is no way to determine R values like this because there is no reasonable way to determine who got who sick on a large scale. You might do it in your household, but hard to base studies off that. Frankly, you sound like a conspiracy nut with this take.

This is but a guess, but a fairly educated one.

I suppose they could do studies in households and merge it with the overall data to possibly come up with such things. I'm not a statiscian though. It would be a very complicated study and the lack of such a study should not be surprising.
