You might want to talk to LV attorney Bob Nersesian about the doxxing situation; you may be able to sue the doxxer for damages.

I won't get into possible legal theories here, just suggesting that if you can clearly prove the identity of the doxxer, and if you can show bad intent and consequential damages you might have a hefty payday, especially if the target defendant is wealthy.

Can you explain this to me in simpler terms? What is the cause of action? The allegation seems to be that someone sent information on a card counter to the card counter database corporation, which then caused the card counter to lose valuable card counting opportunities. What’s the tort that was committed?
