While you were swimming....I just took this dollar machine for over $5000 at Silverton. And I even played a fairly new game deuces for me
I guess it's one at a time.
And lastly....
I've seen at least 5 different people hit bigger winners today. So what.
Bbbbut....I post every single one of my winners to irritate people like YOU!
I'm wondering.... where's the doubting on the way I snapped the Deuces pic? Oh wait!! That doesn't hurt as much as my $160k hit which, btw, reminds me that I'm still waiting for two things from you people. First: who's going to be the first to step forward after I show one of you the original W2G IN PERSON and say "gee Rob I'm really sorry that I doubted you and congratulations on hitting such a large winner that the rest of us can't afford to play and can only dream about"? And secondly, while this isn't a condition because I realize the amount of pressure it puts on you folks---if anyone wishes to match play me with $100k once thru whatever $100 VP machine they choose, that would help YOU.
Rob, I have my doubts but that does not give you the right to claim I cannot afford to play VP at a high level.
I and I suspect others on this board could and perhaps some do bet / play VP at the $100 level.
It takes chutzpah for you to imply you've got more money than any of us, given you know fuck all about our true financial circumstances.
What, Me Worry?
That's making it up on the go again. I'm saying as I always do: that people like max, kew, jbjb, AQ and whomever others keep concocting yarns about my being a "broke gambling loser who lives off his children and never bought a Newell" are the ones who can't afford that type of play because they're always the ones to hate it when I win and always come up with the stupidest reasons why "it just cat be true"! Losers hate when others win. These people prove it.
I also don't know and don't care if anyone anywhere has more money than us. And notice I said "us". That's because my wife worked very hard during her working career, and she's responsible for half of what we've been able to accomplish.
What you should be posting is a question for jbjb that goes something like this :OK jbjb, you boldly claimed Singer pulled that $160k winner off the internet; so we're waiting for that proof....or your claim is POOF".
Now THAT'S the ticket.

I'm calling you on this so don't start trembling. How about YOU meet up with me and each play the $100 machine for a hundred k? Or you could do what I proposed to Fezzik in my Gaming Today article after I deposited my $640k in cash at the Westin for the big bet: you go in with others (who are already playing on teams or for someone else) in order to come up with an aggregate $100k.
Well, that is an easy one. I have never claimed to play a $100 machine. The only machine play I do, which is very limited these days (used to be more) is some play through to generate mailers which make the play +EV. I have zero interest in some -EV, losing degenerate gambler type play / pissing contest.
Here is what you don't get Rob. No one is impressed! Even if you play the amounts you are claiming, which there is no evidence of that based on your publicly available financial info, but even if you are blowing through your wife's late father's money playing higher limit and occasionally are hitting some jackpots, which would be expected....IT is still -EV play, which means if you continue to do so, you will lose. THAT is what -EV play is. And you are what -EV (degenerate) gamblers are. I guess that is why Alan is so impressed.
People on this forum are impressed with +EV advantage play. And you have never demonstrated anything along those line. As a matter of fact, everything you do proves just the opposite.
So you can take your little pissing contest of playing through 100k, to someone that gives a damn.
Here's the old 101.6 % paytable (photo courtesy of Wizard of Odds) on this extremely volatile variant (the EV is all locked up in the ducks of course). I never played it at the Peppermill in Reno, but I was told they had it at one point:
edit:Triple Deuces returned 3000 coins for the ducks with 5 coins wagered but the full pay EV of the game as a whole was lower than Loose Deuces.
I pose the question about the Newell cuz years ago I dated a broad whose pop operate the rv-dealership and always thought it would be sweet to own one and just drive around on the whims from places to place, hey hey.
