Robert Argentino did not do any of the things portrayed by the character Rob Singer. This makes "Rob Singer" a character, no different than Chili Palmer in the "Get Shorty" movies. So if someone says they are going to kill Chili Palmer is that a threat against John Travolta? I don't think so.
By contrast, the person posting as mickeycrimm, or KewlJ or most of the members here are real people, telling of their real experiences. They are just using an alias for obvious reasons. So a threat or accusation against them is a threat or accusation against a real person.
