I was very straightforward, as I always am.

I told Rob I would meet him from 7-11pm as he requested. I laid out some terms. I made it very clear that I wouldn't be available to text or talk until 7pm. I kept to my word and texted him at 7:02pm. He didn't answer for 2 hours, and then blamed me for not texting during the afternoon -- which I clearly stated I wouldn't be able to do.

This was his fault, and I'm sure it was intentional.

Just point out please where you said you would meet Rob and at what time?

I stated terms and that I would meet him if he agreed to them. I stated I would text him about it at 7pm, which I did.
