Lying about yourself is benign...it's just another fish story among so many.
But lying about others, or lying to discredit others, is bearing false witness against thy neighbor...that's a sin.
And you don't have to be religious to understand that is anti-social behavior...it's evil.

I think I already said that it's a sin Witteles allows this. It makes a mockery of the site, which seems to be half the purpose. Just like MDawg over at WoV. Except it's more egregious here with Todd being a professional.
And I'll add, Todd could have stepped in at any juncture and this whole thing would have deflated like a stuck zeppelin. Every time some asinine, stupid claim was made, Todd could have said something, evaluated some claim, acted as arbiter (at the least).
Every time Todd did nothing, he allowed things by his absence. By doing nothing at each point in time, he made it worse and worse.
So it turned into a story of 700K with Nersesian and utterly ridiculous claims. And some people defending the utterly ridiculous claims. Alan wanting to do an interview regarding a 1.6 million jackpot. LOL. Maybe interview Martians to hear what they have to say about the jackpot while we're at it.
The whole thing was a clown car because Todd didn't say something or do something early.

The phony jackpot picture, and I say phony meaning it did not belong to Singer if such a jackpot was hit. And it wasnt hit last week and all that. But that is just more of Singer's grandiose lies and claims which has gone on for 10 years.
But what takes this to a higher level is the lie involving escrow placed with Mr. Nersesian, and the fact that Singer reneged on this wager associated with yet another grandiose lie and claim.
These are lines crossed that should not be acceptable.
FraudJ's word is worth less than the prop cash in Singer's safe...RIP
All that you did show was an abandoned bar, and a Tito timestamped from some machine, 4 hours after Singer said he left.
You had 30 posts per day leading up to the meet, but when Singer reached out the morning of, you went MIA.
COWARD.
You haven't shown any time-stamped photos because they are bullshit...now you expect to get paid for them?
LOL...OK, Crapgame.
Show a Tito from when you arrived. Show any evidence of a you at that bar.
Bookkeeping my ass....you fucking phony.
LOL. Yes, that is how Las Vegas works.
I've sat in empty casino lounges on umpteen occasions for hours -- filling out contest forms or figuring out what to bet where or bookkeeping. Numbers change. You round up the numbers, plot what you need to bet where for how much. Decide what order you have to go where. Not unusual in the least. Nothing better than an empty bar or an empty lounge when you need to concentrate on something away from the clamor.
I probably did that at least twice a month in LV every month I was there for 30 years.
That's how I saw Big Elvis for the first time. I was sitting in the BC lounge for hours, working on the Boyd contest and figuring out time-staggered middle-shooting parlay cards (That's CARDS). Completely ignored that the place was filling up. I hear a voice, look up, and it's Big Elvis. I thought he was wearing a fat suit. He was not. Back then, Big Elvis weighed a good 600. Stunned the hell out of me.
I love it when folks who really haven't spent any time in Las Vegas comment on people who've actually spent time in Las Vegas.
That's one thing about Socrates, coach. He would have spent time in Las Vegas before commenting on Las Vegas.
Coach, here's a list of my fave places to take a bookkeeping break. In case you ever get out to LV:
1) Barbary Coast lounge (no longer available)
2) Imperial Palace buffet (right off the strip but quiet -- no longer available).
3) Stardust Lounge, at the Stardust (obviously, no longer available).
4) Main Street Station buffet (when downtown, best at breakfast, big room, not packed, quiet and bright).
5) Orleans bar area near the sports book.
6) Orleans coffee shop area, after 11 PM.
7) Palace Station coffee shop between midnight and 5 AM.
8) Coffee shop area in Caesars Palace, now a food court, but still okay.
