Thread: Here's What Occurred to Me

  1. #1
So I was reviewing the usual two-step thinking that monet and I were bantering about, and it occurred to me. I could claim something that mickey and Alan could get on board with in a snap.

Say I post the same photo Rob.Singer posted and I also claim that I won 1.5 million playing video poker on that particular hand. I give no specific location. I give no specific time. I give no specific date. I give no W2Gs. I give no additional photos because, God knows, that would waste battery power on my phone. I say I entered into a special agreement with the casino to keep it under wraps because I'm a high roller. I claim that the person in the photo is my brother (who is bulky and quite a bit bigger than me).

Now, since I've never lied on this forum and I've never posted Newell pics or stuff like that (I do have an Amazing Fantasy 15 I could post a pic of), I submit that both Alan and mickey should be ready to state that they "have no reason to not believe me." After all, despite not being much of a video poker player, I gamble more and at higher stakes than almost anyone here.

If anyone asks how Rob got the pic, well, a lot of people were standing around me when my brother snapped the pic. I sent it to all of them. I have Rob's phone number, after all.

    Okay, let's do it!

I won 1.5 million playing video poker! Yowza, baby!! Anybody wanna slap me on the back? I'm numero uno, the source of so much pain! I'm DA MAN!

Wise up, dudes. You're looking at the real and actual $1.5 mill winner!! Feel the pain, peasants!!

Now, monet, where was I? That was ridiculously easy. I should probably win some more jackpots before dinner. I'll get to work on it.

People can claim whatever they want. When they get called onto the carpet for the claim then it's up to them to prove it or be recognized for the lying sacks of crap they are.......RIP

redietz, I don't disagree with anything you said. I just wonder if we really need another thread to continue discussing this?

I just made a rather lengthy post (unusual for me I know) #588 in the other thread, which basically says what Jdaewoo stated. Routine claims need not be proven. The math is proof enough. Extraordinary 1 in an extreme number type claims require something, some kind of proof, verification whatever you want to call it, via documentation.

You're as phony as a whore in church. It is YOU that has said over and over again that no one here has to prove anything. And there is no "yeah, but" to that.

And what a joke it was early in this thread when you called for Druff to ban Rob because he said he wouldn't post anymore but did so anyway. How many times have you pulled that stunt, kjocchio? You've said a dozen times you would never post here again but kept coming back. Singer did it once. You double digit did it.

So who should Druff ban first, Singer or YOU?
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ

If you posted that you hit a big jackpot I would have had no problem believing it unless someone showed convincing evidence that you didn't. That is, until you made the post above stating that you would have no problem making a false claim. Now I wouldn't trust you as far as I can throw you.

But mickey, I never said I was making a false claim. Read the above carefully, like word for word. I never said I didn't win the jackpot. I won the jackpot. It's as clear as day that I won the jackpot. That's my photo, taken by my brother, who can bench press me over his head. I sent the photo to Rob to rub it in. I never thought Rob would claim it as his own! Talk about making false claims! I guess you won't trust Rob now as far as you can throw him, since he's made this false claim.

    I'm DA MAN!

You didn't claim to hit a jackpot in the post. You showed that you are capable of making a false claim about hitting a jackpot.
