You got it wrong. Now there's a $100k bet that my son is real, and he's OK with showing his ID. Max has to bring both too.

This is pretty simple. It's not at all like the clusterfuck her created with the phone Caesars BS.

And just to confirm the big meet up at South Point is back on for tomorrow. We do need a confirmation from Rob on the time though. He said between 12:00 and 2:00 and Max requests a shorter window. That seems reasonable. How about High Noon to 12:15 Rob?....or narrow it down to a 15 minute window you're comfortable with. Make this happen!

Wait a minute. Did you guys agree to another bet when I wasn't looking? The original 700K bet is still on, right? Or was that 50K? Are you also going to be able to show Max the actual picture of the big jackpot on your phone? This is so exciting! The Showdown at South Point!

I'd make maxiepunk sit there for two hours.
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ

You won't hear from him until after 2 tomorrow. After I called him and his fake son out he has no other option. So he will be back after 2 tomorrow flapping his keyboard in the daughter's spare room claiming no one showed up. This is how this clown operates.

Then the man servant will come along with whatever lame support he can muster up with his alcohol riddled brain housing group.

Then the queen's reporter will chime in with some convoluted assumption about something.

Over the years Rob has written about his son numerous times. Long before this latest brouhaha. If you bet he doesn't have a son you will lose, poser pro.

Rob trying to change a bet about whether he won 1.6 million and is lugging 700K around to whether he has a son. LOL. I wish sports books were this flexible.

"Well, sir, that Reds bet at +250 was a loser. We can't cash your ticket."
"But I thought that was for the first inning."
"No, sir, the bet was Reds to win the game."
"But they pushed the first inning."
"That wasn't the bet. It says so in print on the ticket. We have a record of it right here."
    "And my son is real."
    "Sir?"
"I'll bring my son this afternoon."
"Sir, it was a bet on the Reds."
"And they pushed the first inning. My son saw it."

Security drags away bettor, despite his claims he won the parlay of Reds first inning +1 1/2 runs and existence of a son.

Or conversely, if I can lure MaxPen into a bet:

MaxPen, "So, Dietz, where's the 700K and W2G for 1.6 million?"
Dietz," I have 100k right here."
MaxPen, "What are you talking about?"
Dietz,"1.9 million in pesos is 100K."
    MaxPen, "That wasn't the bet."
    Dietz, "And I'm wearing socks."
MaxPen, "Nobody cares about your cheap-ass socks!"
Dietz, "My socks cost $40! The bet is 100K and I'll bring my socks receipt."

I'm still open to receiving suggested questions for the interview. But they need to be relevant.

So far Redietz has said he was going to send me questions via private messages but I received nothing. When I tried to message Redietz I discovered he has such a backlog of private messages that the system will not accept any new messages for him.

Ask to see the original jackpot photo on his phone and a copy of his May bank statement showing him depositing the million dollar check. I explained above how to get details on the photo for Android or IPhone.

If anyone were doing a piece for any newspaper from my beloved Pottsville Republican (Pulitzer winner, by the way) to the New York Times, here are the classic questions:

    1) In what casino was the jackpot won?
    2) What day and time was it won?
    3) Who verified the jackpot for the casino?
    4) How was the payment made?
    5) How does Rob intend to spend the money?

If someone skips any of these questions, and there is no valid reason to skip any of them, the interview is silly. I think you'll agree that any editor would assume you asked all of these.

If someone is posting publicly about having won a jackpot, then the reasons for an NDA go out the window. Wife or children finding out? Read VCT. Debtors? Read VCT. People hitting you up for cash from afar? They can read VCT. I don't know why someone would write that they signed an NDA with a casino while posting publicly about what they signed the NDA for. Don't want anyone to know because you may blow it all back to the casinos and that would be embarrassing? Why post about it on VCT?

The cherry on top, of course, is Alan's researching the use of NDAs between casinos and jackpot winners.

Redietz I think you've reported that you only play 25-cents video poker. W2Gs are rare for 25-cent players.

Let me assure you that items 1-3 of your list are on a W2G.

Item #4 might be noted. I've had notations about split payments.

Item #5 is interesting. Maybe he'll buy another Newell. Do you really care?

I don't know of any casino that will allow a member of the general public to inquire about another player. But there is info on a W2G that will show if it is true.

I am not bound by any NDA. And a casino doesnt need an NDA to say "we dont comment on our patrons."

Clear out your private messages. I wonder why you have made so many?

You're missing the point. These are questions any reporter would ask, and any editor would require that they ask. What's on a W2G is irrelevant from my perspective in terms of establishing who won a particular jackpot. All the W2G establishes is who is claiming the tax burden. You've ignored what I've had to say regarding W2Gs, but I'll repeat it.

All that a W2G demonstrates is who is paying taxes for a particular win. That is all that it establishes. Unless you look at a feed of the time of the win, a W2G has limited corroborative power.

So asking all of the questions I listed, which any editor would want, opens the person being interviewed up to independent investigation and corroboration. For example, I'm reasonably sure that a win of that magnitude would be kept on video for ages. If you ask the alleged winner where in the casino it was won or who was around when it was won, then you have details which can be corroborated.

You wonder why I have so many messages? LOL. I'm popular. Or I'm trying to recruit children for porn movies. One or the other.

I don't play with folders or know how to rearrange things, so every message stays put until I need to create space, in which case I delete ones I think have the least long term use. That creates some poignant historical moments, like I have messages when you gave me Frank Kneeland's email and I bought his book. I hate to just delete those. I keep some of the exchanges, like when you saw that I won the Race to the Super Bowl for 25K and you told me to post a link and I didn't because I wanted you to admit in print that you saw that I won it. And then Rob went off saying I didn't win it, and you wouldn't confirm that I did. Exchanges like that have historical value.

I'm in LV right now max, and we'll be at SP within the hour. I'm early because of what I just finished up doing---something which you won't be happy about either. Ask Dan to verify I'm posting on my phone from the LV Strip. But first, you've purposely been cloudy on whether you're showing up or bringing your $100,000 with you. Plus my son fully expects you two to view each other's ID's. How about a confirmation?

Redietz do you even know what an NDA is? It's a TWO-PARTY SIGNED DOCUMENT. And if you read properly you'd have seen where we have a verbal agreement. That can be broken by either side without penalty but as long as they don't, I won't.

Because the idiot squad here will never want to believe pictures, words, or anything else relating to this hurtful big win, and they had to come up with all kinds of stupid theories about it just so they could cope with it's reality, I decided to try and DISPROVE the only one that just might have some merit, even though it's purposely been convoluted with confusion and sketchy facts every time max tries to make the story up.

We just got out of a long walk and a few discussions with several managers and other slot personnel in Caesar's hi -limit slot dome as well as a very interesting visit to the Palace Ct. Hi-limit slot room. And guess what I found out.

First, a dome slot dispatcher (I think that's her title) Mahina, showed me that there are ZERO UX VP machines in Palace Ct. And that's their Ultra hi-limi t slot area. Then, a slot Suprv. Rick Simon or Simeon explained and showed us that there are no $25 UX 5 or 10-play machines under the dome, which I already knew because I painstakingly checked with every higher end Nevada casino prior to turning to negotiating for the game.

Lastly, daytime hi-limit slots manager Kenda High confirmed that my picture was not from Caesars, nor do they have or have ever seen a VP machine there capable of a $1.5million jackpot--and ESPECIALLY not with a hand like four 3's, as max has stated multiple times.

So go check this stuff out for yourself, you bunch of bumbling sleuths. If it's too much to bear, the feeling will pass when I stop posting after my next post. Or maybe not! I know how much you were depending on Max's silly twisted story to ease your hurt. Too bad--deal with it.

Now what are you left with....a "fake son" who took pictures of the win at some "oblique" or "curved" reflection angle--or whatever nonsense you're talking about? All that's gonna do is cost you $100k.

By the wway, after leaving the PC HL slots room I stopped in the PC HL table games room for a look. No one was playing and I don't know what their limits are, but I asked a suit if I could make just one $5000 bet on the BJ table. I pulled out one of those neatly wrapped, tightly stacked pack of $10,000 in hundreds (that you clowns say is "prop" money kept in a safe with hundreds of thousands in watches, guns, a modest coin collection, ammo, my wife's (the real one, not the fake) jewelry, and even a nearly $400 flashlight ) and had them run $5k for a chip. I have no idea about basic strategy or counting. My deal was 13. The dealer showed a 4. Hit or stay? I chose to stay. He flipped over a 9. He drew a Jack. I thanked them and left. My son cashed the chips and now we're in the car.

    Be there soon. Confirmation please?

  16. #36
Redietz I really can't help you. But if you really think Rob would accept the tax liability on someone else's $1.6+-million of wins then he has more money than anyone thinks.

Best of luck Perry White. You're the best editor. Great Caesars Ghost!

  17. #37
By the way Redietz I doubt you're arranging porn movies or porn sessions with all of your private messaging. But I wonder who might suspect you solicited business from forum members?

Just kidding. We know you don't solicit.

  18. #38
Well we just zipped in & out of SP and of course no one met us. It could be because we showed up earlier than expected, but at the same time max has had a ton of time to confirm he'd at least be there. And who would expect him to have trouble getting his hands on $100,000 in a town like this and with his super-dooper $20,000 safe?

There's also the issue that he's NEVER gonna just walk in and say "hello guys" and hand over $100k in the process when he sees that the young man we brought up for over 40 years, is with me! No, Max's plan--IF he were ever planning to show up to gawk--was to cower behind a machine peeking into the Lounge, and as soon as he saw us walk in with a bag he'd scram faster than kew runs away from women.

So that part was doomed from the start, which is why with all his posting and spinning, he just couldn't find the 30 seconds it would have taken to confirm he'd be here.

Regardless, I did get something done besides spending $200 on gas. I patched up the many holes in his Caesars claim, and as they say in Morocco....You Can't Judge A Lawyer By The Volume His Mouth Produces.

Alan we'll talk as soon as I get home. My son drove here but I'm driving home. He drinks a bit too much for comfort.

I am now and forever turning this forum over to whomever's sick of me

    THE PERFECT STORM

  19. #39
I have to admit I didn't see THIS one coming. I figured Rob would claim he was running late and showed up a 2:30 and no one was there. Instead he showed up 90 minutes early, 90 minutes before the time that he set, and claimed no one was there. This guy is amazing and not in a good way.

Rob just to humor me, can you snap and post a quick picture of South Point on your way out. Or even anything in Las Vegas....just to clear a very low hurdle.

  20. #40
I have some other comments about Rob's comentary this morning, like if Rob was in Vegas, which I doubt and did have any money, which I doubt even more, what kind of person buys a $5000 chip and plays a single hand of a game that he admittedly knows nothing about? The answer of course would be a degenerate gambler. We can debate whether this incident really occured but just Rob thinking that impresses anyone, other than maybe Alan is bizarre to me. To me it confirms Rob's thought process as a degenerate gambler, whether he did this or not (he didn't).

And the other thing. His son is drunk, too drunk to drive home at 10am in the morning. This Argentino clan is just what most of us expected. Like something you would see on Jerry Springer.

But anyway, awaiting those snaps of South Point or anything Vegas. That shouldn't be too hard.
