Very bizarre story.

Allan Rothstein, a Vegas property manager and real estate agent, was managing a property for an owner who lived out of the area, back in 2018. According to my records, Rothstein is 81 years old, meaning he was 77 at the time of the alleged events.

A woman named Candy Torres was poor and had several kids, and had qualified for Section 8 housing. She needed to find a landlord which would accept Section 8, which is how she came into contact with Rothstein, who was managing a property which did.

Rothstein then allegedly did various shady things to her, but the worst of which involved a bizarre "Sex Contract", which promised sexual activities provided to Rothstein by Candy Torres. Signing this contract was required in order for her to get and keep the home.

The contract was called, "Direct Consent for Sexual Intercourse and or Fellagio or Cunnilingus", and had some disturbing/hilarious passages. I am still trying to get my hands on the actual contract. Here are some passages:

Tenant swears signing this contract not under influence of an incapacitating intoxicant, aphrodisiacs, or psychoactive substances, including but not limited to, alcohol, drugs, oysters, Bremelanotide, truffles, sea cucumber, strawberries, lobster, dark chocolate, Cocaine, LSD, cannabis or any other mind-altering chemical or substance, nor have they been given the same by the INITIATOR/S
Tenant swears she does not currently have a boyfriend/girlfriend/parent who is larger, meaner, and more physically aggressive, owns firearms and/or is more possessive than the INITIATOR/S.

If you want a good laugh, take a look at Rothstein's website, which is straight out of 1995, including an auto-play of Phantom of the Opera: http://www.vegasrxrealty.com/

Here's a document related to revoking Rothstein's real estate license of the matter in February 2022: https://red.nv.gov/uploadedFiles/red..._Complaint.pdf

His license was apparently revoked. In court, he admitted, "Any agreements or documents mentioned speak for themselves". He also admitted to the Nevada Real Estate Division that he had Torres sign the sex contract.

Torres apparently signed the contract but refused to have sexual relations with him, at which point he filed for eviction. He eventually pulled back the eviction, but he did not renew her tenancy in November 2019, and she left the property. The owner was apparently unaware of all of this at the time, and filed a complaint against him later.

Torres is currently suing Rothstein for a Fair Housing violation, and will likely win. It is possible Rothstein is senile or somewhat senile at this point, which might explain some of these absurd actions.

He was also filed by the Real Estate Division for $94,000. It's not clear if he paid it yet.
