I hate to tell you but I don't think all the rivers mentioned I've mentioned have had their situation changed.

Whether China, the US, or Europe and likely elsewhere, the rivers have serious issues.

Flash foods don't really fix problems with rivers except for the manmade reservoirs filled up.

There is definitely some climate change going on, but whether it's manmade is in question. Unfortunately, like many other things in "science", you are not allowed to question it. This has given rise to two bad sides of the same coin -- those who insist climate change is certainly manmade, and those who deny climate change is occurring.
