Maybe Jacobson is wrong in his gambling theories as his passion at climate change

Jacobsen is a wingnut in politics but his gambling math is spot on. I know how the fuck I have shown a healthy profit for 26 consecutive years gambling. It wasn't because I was on the wrong side of the math.

Instead of selling hope and pie in the sky why don't you put up an equation. Just one fucking equation, goofball.

Yeah, I know. You don't believe I won for 26 straight years. But I KNOW I DID. That's the only thing that matters. I KNOW IT!

I used to think all of the people like you were trolls. Then I remembered IQ is basically static after a certain point in the brain’s development.

What does that mean great seed ? Well let me elaborate.

Simply it means that about 20 percent of all humans lack the baseline intelligence needed to function properly in society. They literally can’t play the game good enough to get the basics. It’s sad I know.

Now the next rung about 40 percent (the most dangerous) are slightly more intelligent but lack the baseline to think critically. They are basically programmable drones. This group is the most dangerous because you can program them to do say and believe literally anything you want. This group drives social discourse and at the same time are responsible for things like making your coffee at Starbucks and checking you out at the grocery store. So they are very useful however if programmed wrong could become very dangerous.

From their it gets more nuanced

They next about 20 percent are above baseline intelligence. They have Just enough critical thinking skills to work out a nice living in society. They may have a few bad years economically but have what it takes upstairs to get by and figure out a process to fix things. This group can still be swayed and programmed however it’s most likely because of influence from their inner circle. Think coming from a strong family that believes one set of values and you just go with that your entire life. However they are not radical . They figured out how to play the game good enough to be happy. They don’t want to rock the boat. Most are good middle management/ operations types. Dependable

The next about 10 percent ( this is where I put you AIQ) are highly intelligent when compared to the bottom 20 percent. They have have all the tools and critical thinking skills to be the most successful in society. Many are entrepreneurs. They probably did well in school and only underachieve in certain areas because they lack interest. This group is smart enough to critically think but often are quick to develop opinions without fully researching a subject. This is because they have navigated life rather easily and never had to pay the price for being wrong. When they are wrong because of a lack of understanding they are quick witted enough to figure out a more optimal path and off they go again. Never really putting much thought into why. A critical flaw most in this group have is a lack of self awareness. This group often forms radical ideas because of this flaw. They may become jaded over their life after repeated failures, and since they lack the ability to look in the mirror for answers they lash out and blame others. Perhaps even entire groups of people. They often latch on to other like minded people who feel the same. But instead of being programmed they try and program their new friends. Giving them endless examples as to why things are a certain way. Looking for comfort in convincing others to agree with them.

I will finish the last 10 percent later

    I break that down in

    5 percent

    2 percent

    2 percent

And the 1 percent or seed level of Intelligence

Trees do absolutely 0 for longterm consequences. Besides, all the large trees where I spend a lot of time have died in the drought a few years ago. Very hard to get trees going without watering them which in itself takes a lot of energy.

Ultimately planting a tree is like recycling. It might make people feel good, but at best it just shows that it is OK to give a shit.

If your brag is you're in top 1% then lol okey dokey. At least you can get into Mensa. Then maybe they'll give you a card you can keep in your wallet and flash around when you need proof of being a bona-fide genius.

I never said calling a Mexican a Mexican is a racist issue. Pay attention.

This is from UN report that came out recently and this sums up real evidence and not the bullshit you constantly spew.

Recent flooding in Pakistan, which the country's climate minister claimed had covered a third of the country in water, is the latest example of extreme weather that is devastating swathes of the globe. The heatwave across Europe including the UK this summer, prolonged drought in China, a megadrought in the US and near-famine conditions in parts of Africa also reflect increasingly prevalent extremes of weather. The secretary general of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, said: "There is nothing natural about the new scale of these disasters. They are the price of humanity's fossil fuel addiction. This year's United in Science report shows climate impacts heading into uncharted territory of destruction."

News is driven by money. Who wants to hear about the shit above? Not many...

When you've given your "accurate information" and I asked about it, always crickets.
LOL. This idiot is getting his opinions from the marxist UN.
Yeah I read all about how the melting glaciers caused by climate change caused the monsoon rains to be worse in Pakistan. What was done to prepare for the flooding that they knew was coming? You miss the point entirely. Everything that is happening with the Change in Weather / Climate would be happening regardless. Its why the deserts once were filled with water and trees.

    CO2 lol yeah that’s it
If you can't understand timeframes ... Or how this very rapid increase in temperature that just HAPPENS to have occurred with modern industrialization.... Not sure where we can go with this.

    Speaking of MENSA"

After my mom passed I found a letter she received when she was a young woman: it came from MENSA.

Apparently she had taken some form of initial test they offered and the results showed she would be eligible for membership.

She never followed up on it however, no reason why: maybe she didn't want to show up my dad, who was athletic and not MENSA material?

Whatever, you never can tell who has "good smarts:" she graduated HS, attended secretarial school but never went to college: she married and started a family.

You are to young to remember the dust bowl days. That was a real drought 90 years ago. Not the pussy drought you are talking about. Texas ain't the only place to plant tree's. More tree's the more oxygen. Now you are saying oxygen don't work.

Yeah, I know. You couldn't get much traction with CO2 so you are going for methane now.

Hi-lo doesn't work. To win, yo have to use the KJ super duper count.

Now let's see. Earth has been around for 4 billion years.

How long have temps been recorded?

    What?!!! Only 150 years?!!

Dude, in probability theory that's what they call a miniscule sample space. Don't mean jackshit.

Agree there are always natural processes at work affecting our temperature, increasing it.

We disagree as to the additional effect man's actions have contributed to the warming of earth.

The rate of increase is very large in past 100 years. That has nothing to do with sampling. That was also predicted before it happened.

There are also various ways of estimating the temperature going back million of years but people can make up excuses that it is biased and bullshit. Shrug. I'm not anywhere near that level of scientist to begin to know, but I do know the people who claim bullshit don't seem to understand it any better than myself.

Crazy how politicized this issue has become. Fairly sad. Not that it matters, but just that ameliorating this in hopes of having a sustainable future will never happen because it is something libtards made up or whatever people want to believe.

Mankind probably had no hope to make it past 200 years of modern civilization just because ... Even if this wasn't politicized. People just don't want to make anywhere near the sacrifices required. Whatever. They at least are against abortion so they can all tell themselves they're righteous.

All these guys who claim nothing is proven and known .. well it'll be far too late by the time they come on board.

I'd like to see in 20 years when it is beyond obvious that things have started to go to shit .. what these people with children think. I'll make sure and look them in the eye and ask them if they ever feel guilty for mocking people who cared for their children's future. Do they ever look their children in the eye and say sorry for not giving a shit about you? Ask 'em, Do you feel remorse? Why'd you want a kid if you didn't care about their future? So many questions... I'm a bit of a troll in real life too but fuck'em back.

Do you know why that record freeze in Texas (must be global cooling) knocked out the wind turbines? Because you didn't properly winterize them. We have them in Montana and it goes to 20 below every year, 30 below in colder years, but we have them properly winterized so they keep working.

2 points here. You just made fun of me for there not being enough data then you bring out this. "miniscule sample space".

Secondly, your last comment is a prime example of why people concerned about these things stopped using global warming and changed to climate change.

    Hope you're running good, bud.

Global warming didn't fit the narrative so now the goal posts have moved and it is called climate change.
