In fact, the whole point of Quick Hits is progressives which move; that's the foundational attraction to the game (i.e the title of the game is Quick Hits because you can get a progressive on a shorter cycle than a lot of other slots). There's a small chance that the bride got on a freshly installed machine or they fully reset it (and then, by Nevada Gaming Regulation law, as you know, moved the equity to some other machine(s)), but that is less likely than a staged photo IMHO.
