I'm trying to deal with a serious matter (money being stolen out of bank accounts of poker players, due to major negligence of a payment processor), and I don't know why you're interfering with it. $10k got stolen out of my bank account. This incident has nothing to do with APs, and it's not controversial in the poker world. Everyone agrees with my assessment of what occurred.

What I talked to you in private about was my concern with your relationship with certain people, and how they are using the same lawyers. There have been various weird Twitter accounts responding to me over time, all of whom I assume are/were you. Maybe it's multiple people. Maybe this latest one isn't you, and just also has a fascination with APs and one particular controversial AP.

I will say that the recent Twitter trolling surprised me, because this person has never trolled me before (on any account), so it almost seemed like they were breaking new ground and deciding to bother me.

If it's not you, okay, but I assumed that person was you this whole time. Are you saying that you've never tweeted at me before, or you're just not this particular person trolling me presently?

As I've said before, no lawyers are pressuring me to do or not do anything, nor have I received any gag orders or signed any agreements regarding what I can or can't say. I'm free to say what I want and do what I want with this forum. I really don't want to involve myself with any beefs between APs, when it comes down to it. I have enough drama with poker stuff to where I don't need to add all of that onto my plate. That's why I tend to stay mostly neutral in these things, and just let everything play out.

I provide this forum as kind of a free speech alternative to WoV. I think that's a good thing to have. But I never wanted to be part of any of the fights or the beefs in the AP community, and that's still my position.

You've written a very mature post. I have a feeling that Seedvalue isn't the one Trolling you. Impersonations have happened to me and to other Posters I know(Mdawg was temporarily nuked on WOV when some idiot impersonated him and only when multiple Posters stood up for him is when an investigation occurred and it was found out that someone had been impersonating Mdawg on multiple websites, not just WOV and Mdawg's permanent nuke was lifted)so someone could have impersonated Seedvalue and trolled you.

Sure, no problem Monet. This podcast wasn't as good as some of the other Garret/Robbi podcasts that Joey did. Dan was on there, discussing the Global Payments e-check fraud issue for a while. At the beginning of the podcast, Joey said that he would have Phil Ivey,Robbi and Rip's wife on there. Rip's wife was supposed to have new knowledge of the cheating scandal. However none of them appeared on the podcast as far as I know. But I fell asleep for a while so it is possible that one or more of them were on the podcast and I was just asleep during the podcast when one or more of those three events occurred.

Luckily for me, I almost never go to regulated, legal gambling websites - I usually use crooked offshore gambling websites (some of which have no KYC) and usually deposit using bitcoin. When I have deposited at KYC websites that don't use bitcoin, I buy a Vanilla Visa card at Walmart using cash, and then use the Vanilla card for my deposit. I guess this (Vanilla Visa card) isn't a solution for large depositors, but it is fine for my purposes. What I would never do, is fucking link my bank account to a payment processor or gambling website.

Do Vanilla Visa cards still work for online gambling? Wow, you learn something new every day. After Black Friday, I couldn't get anything related to the CC companies to work. Heck, I couldn't get vanilla or Green Dot to work even before that. They worked for a while but stopped working at many places.
