MrV, here's some Musk trivia: I know somebody who installed marble in the first multi-million house Musk bought when he initially became rich. The oddest thing about the way Musk set up that first house, I was told, was that there was a home above his on the hillside, and Musk had his bathroom laid out (whether accidentally or not) so anybody from the other house could peer into his bathroom while he was on the john.

That anecdote kind of jives with what one might expect from Mr. Musk.

Plenty of successful people with Aspergers. Eminem has it or some form of autism. I could tell by just hearing his story growing up.

My guess is plenty of tech entrepreneurs have it. It is not an industry where you needed people skills if you had a successful product in the right market at the right time. Which is what Elon did while also having the family fortune.
