The article has a tone almost insinuating marketing to Asians is a hate crime.

The only thing mentioned I specifically feel wrong is the casino/bus policy to bar outside food. Although this might be a universal policy, it is selectively enforced with those Asian travelers in mind. Not to mention the casino doesn't bar people known to be consistently useless from taking the trips. Mistaken identity perhaps too costly an accident. I also believe many of the Asian gamblers are using fake ID for federal tax purposes and the casino knows it, but this isn't in the article.
