The article has a tone almost insinuating marketing to Asians is a hate crime.

The only thing mentioned I specifically feel wrong is the casino/bus policy to bar outside food. Although this might be a universal policy, it is selectively enforced with those Asian travelers in mind. Not to mention the casino doesn't bar people known to be consistently useless from taking the trips. Mistaken identity perhaps too costly an accident. I also believe many of the Asian gamblers are using fake ID for federal tax purposes and the casino knows it, but this isn't in the article.

Maintaining a fair and equal policy application is crucial to ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment for all travelers. Additionally, if there are suspicions about individuals misusing identification or engaging in activities that may not be covered in the article, it's essential for the casino to address these matters transparently.

How many slot machines is a “myriad”?

What, are we talking like 500? 1000? 10,000?

Out of the “myriad” how many are vulterable?

Old post, but it's the NYT. If you exist, almost by definition, they can spin whatever you're doing into some sort of hate crime.
