So, Hialeah Park Casino Player's Club Staff told me the reason my free play offers got cut in half despite me playing hard some days is because there are days I only earn about 3 points. 3 points is the equivalent of $30. I have been getting free play and then using the cash from the free play to play more on my Player's Club Card, assuming that just merely playing with my Player's Club Card assures me my offers will stay the same or even double. I was fully expecting my free play offers to stay the same or even double, judging by the fact that there are some days I play REALLY hard, like when I earn roughly 100 points ($1,000). But Player's Club Staff pointed out the days I earn only 3 points is the reason my offers got cut in half. I assumed that the $1,000 days would overshadow the $30 days. Not so at Hialeah. I think what I should do now is take the free play cash and not play with my Player's Club Card with it. Just take out my Player's Club Card after the free play is over. And only use the Player's Club Card for days I play heavily.
