I was only playing a penny a spin YEARS ago when I was scared to play hard. Night and day on how I now play DOLLARS and no longer one penny a spin. The only time I now play Minimum bet is when the Casino gives me paltry free play like $10 and I play .25-.30 minimum bet in the upper level and about 10 cents Minimum in the lower level.

It's a violation of the Law I believe however you're the attorney here so perhaps you can decipher the law.

People are doing workarounds and using terms like donation.
Oftentimes they are giving the investors a horrible deal. I heard of as much as 50% of the wins and none of the losses for the streamer. Even if it was legal somehow that payback % might be a violation. The streamers are even passing off tax liabilities and getting all the perks such as free play.

From my understanding, some states have laws regarding giving people money to gamble for you even if both parties are present.

I'm wondering if there's a clever way to do proxy gambling by setting up a donation situation where there are prizes given out or some raffle type of situation.
