Well, I assume I'm older than monet, so I guess he's hitting on me, not that there's anything wrong with that. All this time he kept talking to me about slurping noodles, and I just didn't get it. Damn. I wonder how many other pickup lines I miss on a day to day basis.

Yeah, monet almost never mentions my significant other. He just talks noodle slurping. I should have figured it out, but it went right over my head, or around my head, or under my legs or somewhere.

I'm always amazed by most people here having little to no clue about other posters ages. I' m certain I can tell you most of the regulars ages within 2-3 years. Most of them exact age.

I am thinking Axelwolf is in his 50's (not sure early, mid, late) and a few years ago when Monet was talking about dying and thought he had cancer or something he indicated he was in his late 40's which would make him 50's now. Those would be not too far off. But is there anybody else even close to me? I feel more and more like I am dealing with all older dudes who are just playing games and not being serious about anything.

Edit: I forgot about Zenking. He is even a bit younger than me. I don't know if he counts as a regular or a visitor that pops in to vent.

I read something about food stamp recipients having their food stamps cut back to pre-covid levels, so I am not surprised you are overly concerned about food prices, Ron. That must have been a nice little bump your family received for 3 years (which is crazy in itself). I guess selling those extra benefits as you explained how it is done, is why you had a few extra bucks in your pocket for some traveling the past couple years. Bummer it came to an end for ya.

I saw a news report saying a lot of SNAP benefits are being cut, while we are in a damn inflation recession. The worst time to cut SNAP Benefits. At least Aldi's has a lot of cheap food and drinks and at least one Family went from spending $400 for food and drinks every two weeks to spending $400 for food and drinks a month. Aldi's is a beacon of hope and light for struggling people.

I am NOT against lower income families getting food stamps, especially when children are involved. It just seems like this was a crazy, crazy waste.

The poverty rate is like 12%. That extra $250 a month per recipient caused a lot of inflation. To much money chasing food items.

I am not going to verify a specific number Tasha. DoB happens to be one of the top identifying peices of info that casinos use, so I don't want to aid in that, but yes I am in that range. This is my 20th year of playing blackjack for a living. That is as close as I will go.

IE if you are looking for someone, knowing their age plays a significant role in narrowing down the search.

Then we're not talking about a table player who "flies under the radar" and doesn't use a player's card. Casinos have DOB's on slot players who get W2G's....if they're not using fake id's.

Why would a player be searched for? I'm not getting it. If a table player doesn't want to ever be found then why would they ever give the casino a DOB? Right now, very few casinos scan DL's to enter. Other than that, don't get a signer, don't check in to their hotel, and stay away from the CTR's.

What I was saying is posting a DOB on a forum isn't going to unmask an anonymous BJ player anywhere anyway unless somebody went thru a lot of hoops for really no purpose. And she only asked for an age not DOB.

I expected to see a response by now straightening out my take on why a DOB is of any value to a casino when we're talking about an anonymous poster who TRULY? flies under casino radar (meaning he never has disclosed his personal info to the casino or hotel). I never said "fly under the radar". My game up until very recently has been all about identifying limits that are better tolerated and don't create situations that someone (pit) has to answer for. Does that ring a bell to anyone? The days of flying under the radar, ended just about the time I was getting started 20 years ago or at least by the time I relocated to Vegas.

That doesn't mean that a player shouldn't still try to be as anonymous as possible. Rob not understanding what a key piece of information DoB is, in identifying people, well I don't know what to say. It is either another case of Rob not having a clue, or else he is lying, or maybe a combination of both, but it is not my responsibility to explain these things to this clueless ninny.
