Rob, Nersesian is not just "dropping" the fee from 33% to 20%, these are all things that are clearly laid out in a retainer agreement. Ask your buddy Mdawg. Any attorney that is not a cheating scumbag collects a substantially lower fee when an agreement is reached via a "demand letter" vs. the later stages of negiotaion and trial.

As it sits right now, from the evidence that we have seen so far, no one can say with "Reasonable Certainty" that the story is made up. Does someone have evidence behind the scenes? Anything is possible.

Right now we have 2 people searching for legal documents for a person whom they can't be sure they have the correct name for. At this point, the inability to locate documents doesn't mean much. Far from proof of a hoax.

As with any claim, Maybe someone has evidence that may change things -- but we have yet to see it.

For the record, I never named the attorney representing me in this matter. The name mentioned is something these trolls came up with. I have neither confirmed nor denied that. Why would I? You see how they interject themselves by taking their trolling off the forums injecting into real life.

Now the person that is representing me, I have read the initial agreement, which included fees several times now and I do not see anywhere that it states a lower fee would kick in upon early resolution. I am very pleased with the representation I received and wouldn't attempt to change the agreed upon fee now.

One of the benefits of settling early in the process is that the expenses which are separate from the attorney fee, should remain lower. That and that I wasn't drug through publicity that I didn't want are my benefits of an early settlement. The other side had different reasons.

But these trolls and their speculation, and naming people that aren't involved, and searching for police reports and records online, is the exact reason, why there are fewer and fewer real players that put themselves through participating on these forums. It is such a shame these hating trolls with an agenda have been allowed to take over and run amuck on these forums. It really is.

An “early settlement” is in line with his “pre-resigning from the forums” story about how everything was settled within weeks of filing the lawsuit, even before the defendant answered. That would be in line with his ridiculous claim that the defendant turned over the video before anything was even filed and then stumbled over its feet to send him ever increasing sums of money to settle before even answering or propounding any discovery.

What has happened is that after being backed into a corner with a story that NO ONE believed about how this lawsuit was settled for vast sums before even being answered, he has changed his story to imply that no, this all started or happened a long time ago and took much longer than I claimed. But then he forgot that he changed his story, and reverted to a present tense claim that all of this happened so quickly that the costs were kept to an absolute minimum because it was settled “early.” I mean he can’t even keep track of his lies.

UNKewlJ also seems to have forgotten that he told us that “that is as much as I can say about the numbers” i.e. that he cannot disclose how much the case was settled for, and yet now here he is saying that it was for a half million, in that he has stated so many times that it made everyone sick with his lies that he has “ made over a million and a half dollars in that 20 years from casino advantage play,” and that now “this will put me over 2 million dollars taken off the casinos.” (Never mind that a $500K payout contradicts his other claim that the settlement was for “what will amount to a several years of what I normally earn ” – which would be more like $75K x 3 = $225K, or at most $75K x 5 = $375K not $500K.) (Math has never been this uneducated high school dropout’s strength, which is why he failed miserably at blackjack.)

The fact of the matter is, the one thing he cannot tell us, is the name of the casino – because then we could just look it up and confirm that he is lying, which, anyone with any sense, already knows, due to this torrential flow of continuing contradictions.

And you don’t need ANYONE’s name to look up a lawsuit just the casino owner’s legal entity name – and such a search unearths no “backrooming (false imprisonment)” lawsuits against any casinos in Vegas in any recent times, including that fit any of the claims he has made – such as a lawsuit settled early, and with no answer from the defendant (unless of course, he now decides to backpedal on all that too, and change his story yet again).

Over all, this guy is just too stupid to keep track of his lies, or anything else, including the count of a deck of cards.

The only thing these trolls have on me is that I am not a lawyer and was experiencing what I was going through for the first time, and learning how things work. So I said some thing that were wrong. Initially I thought a judge had to approve the request for video to be held. That isn't something my lawyer told me. That is just something I thought, probably from TV law shows. When I was able to get a look at his actual casino records through a friend that works in the industry, it showed something completely different. A loss over that period. So in one single line, Mdawg retracted that 7 months of winning over 500k, when he wrote "that he was about even". For all intensive purpose that ended the Mdawg fantasy story and he has been seeking revenge by first doxxing me and ever since spreading and repeating bullshit lies, some so preposterous they are almost silly.

So while the name was wrong the other information was added and the damaging part was this new entry with added information (some wrong), now meant multiple entries front and centered in the database. It would and did take a while for them to get significantly buried off the top page or screen and for pit folks to forget. It took me playing very little for most of last year.
