It seems to have worked for Alec Baldwin.
    lol tableplay.
Dude basically did what Trump said he could do in the middle of Time Square and got away with it clean.
Not even a slap on the wrist.
18 months later the official statement is that Baldwins Wife figures out that the gun could accidently fire without pulling the trigger.
You got to feel a little bit bad for Hannah Gutierrez-Reed and David Halls.
It looks like they are going to take the rap.
    Or maybe not.
Maybe everyone just gets to go free, and the husband of the victim gets a bunch of money.
The funny thing is that they are going to actually finish that movie unlike the Buffalo Bills and that bullshit heart attack causing the game to end.
Turns out that player is fine and ok to go for next season lol.
I'm not going to watch that movie and it was always going to suck as a Western anyways.
I agree - it's looking very unlikely that Hannah Gutierrez-Reed and David Halls are fully protected Deep State assets, like Baldwin is. Somehow, I don't think the defense that the gun fired itself will fly for 99.9999999% of the population should they murder someone with a gun. It sort of reminds me of the time that Dick Cheney shot his friend in the head with a shot gun and his friend had to apologize to Dick Cheney for getting in the way. Or the time Hillary Clinton told the Federal Bureau of Intimidation to fuck off when they subpoenaed her personal e-mail server.

Nice little trip planned months ago. Flying to east coast to visit friends, renting a car to hit some casinos as we make our way to the Midwest. In Chicago, we pick up and leisurely follow route 66 back to Vegas, stopping at all the little cheezy, touristy spots. Something I have wanted to do for a while. May should be perfect weather for it, before it gets too hot.
This is funny. Watch how little it takes for the nervous poodle to try and get his lies straight here.

I return and start to post; kew gets jealous of the attention and concocts some stupid, unverifiable/unsupported story just to get in the limelight again. I've driven across country, so now kew has to claim he's doing it (sort of).

I won't be here again until late May when we get back to Tahoe, but I leave you with this:
Why did kew supposedly "wait" multiple weeks to tell this sensational tale when he knew right away that he was not taking action? Why did it supposedly take prompting from a bunch of forum yahoos for him to supposedly decide to do something about it, when he claimed to have the biggest name in gaming attorneys already give him advice?

Why did kew change his story about how SP simply/promptly handed over a supposedly evidence-filled incriminating video to "his attorney"? Where is this supposed police incident report; what about any documentation surrounding his supposed ambulance ride, his hospital visit, or a picture of his "broken arm" in a cast? And why is there no one thus far at SP who has ever heard of this so-called "roughing up"?

Who chooses to fly on airplanes and drive or ride in a car for thousands of miles when they're supposedly recovering from a broken arm that could be worth tens or hundreds of thousands IN THE SUPPOSED EARLY STAGES OF A MAJOR LAWSUIT AGAINST A CASINO? Is this some sort of new fad going on within his f'd up generation?....plan a big trip, break an arm, go on the trip anyway, and oh by the way, leave town after suddenly being talked into suing a casino for the biggest payday of his life by a collection of internet forum rats--whose opinions he apparently values more than those of Mr. 33%?

To those of you who said "something doesn't smell right" yes, you are onto something. Being how little any of this means to anyone anywhere, you still deserve kudos.

Finally, does kew, after all these years of posting and whining about casino security and all his relevance-needing and attention-seeking, seem in any way shape or form, the type of person who WOULDN'T jump on this type of lawsuit like white on rice, when it is EXACTLY what he has purported to have planned for over the years? And who comes up with the lame excuse of "sniffle sniffle....I won't be able to play BJ anymore if my name and face gets out there...."?

Kew has delusional visions of grandeur for sure. He pretends he's some feared AP that casinos don't like, when all he is is a casino addict WHO WILL FIND A WAY TO PLAY SOMEWHERE REGARDLESS.

    Has a nice trip kew

The only thing I will say about Rob's continuing to obsess post is that:

    1) a broken arm does not put life on hold. It effects two things so far. How I brush my teeth and how I masturbate when watching porn.

2.) apparently Rob thinks he has some weird sort of monopoly of driving trips and that anyone that drives across country is copying him. Yeah, only about a million people every year (probably more) choose to take some sort of driving trip to see parts of the country. This isn't my first. A few years ago my late partner and me took a driving trip to amusement parks as he was a big roller coaster enthusiast. Traveling route 66 and seeing all the small towns, nostalgia and cheezy tourist sites is something I have been interested in for a while now and something that was planned months ago.

One big difference is that I am flying east and driving back west. If you notice Rob seems to drive on all his trips. Wouldn't surprise me if he is on the 'no fly list'.

I shouldn't say anything about this incident, especially not answering anything from Rob's obsessing, but you are wrong about no one at the casino knowing anything about this incident. Maybe some waitress or front dest or custodian that is Rob's contact doesn't know (I have no idea), But this story circulating before I ever said a word came from a leak at the casino involved. It had to of. There were only two parties that knew of it and I hadn't said anything yet, when I started hearing from some AP's that already knew.

I don't know the dynamics of that (and likely never will), but if I had to guess, somebody that works at that casino, probably not security or anyone involved, maybe a dealer of pit, or maybe even some other worker that just saw what happened on the floor, but somebody probably contacted an AP friend or family member and said "you might want to steer clear of here, they just back-roomed a card counter resulting in a broken arm". Something like that had to have happened.

I heard from an AP friend who doesn't play Vegas that I know of., he doesn't like Vegas. I asked him where he heard of this incident, and he said an AP in California. There was some connection between someone at that casino and some AP and it took off from there.

And there you have it: you're incapable of not running your mouth on this. That alone tells me you're lying in more than one instance here. Is it sooo hard to just let the truth and the zingers roll off so you don't look stupid or put your case in jeopardy?

Is somebody paying you to concoct this stuff? When you continually proselytize on and on about "AP this and AP that" it only confirms that you have a non-life who hasn't had much experience in anything. Then, when the supposed opportunity of an AP lifetime comes along, you freeze like a lemon popsicle.

Doesn't it seem off to you that some oddball who stumbled across this with a big mouth like yours supposedly blabbed about your claimed incident that you believe turned you into an AP-myth, yet even after asking around for nearly 3 days, the gal I know there still hears nothing about it?

The "broken arm"....why would anybody still go on a fly/drive vacation with that type of injury? Your storytelling continues to make no sense. And WHERE IS YOUR SUPPOSED POLICE REPORT? How difficult would it be to post it? All you respond with is "post my name, post my name!" when you know I can't.You obviously are agitated that NOBODY believes you and that ALL of your supporters have multiple reservations about the confusing details. Otherwise you'd NEVER BOTHER to keep responding to me every time I put up a heavy dose of common sense critiques about the whole ordeal. You see kew, only a liar who gets caught in the act has that burning need to keep on "setting the crooked record straight" so you can believe that others only see it your way.

You have a lot to learn. Maybe you'll find the answer on route 66. I did that trip twice--one we went on my motorcycle like it should be done, and once in a Corvette like it shouldn't be done. Too rough a road.

Why can't you?? I give you my permission. 100% my blessing.

Ozzy, you going to let this guy get away with this?

I know it pains some of you but the greatest troll ever is failing and flailing. Reminds me of Tom Brady. The greatest ever. 19 winning seasons and he didn't know when to quit. Had to come back for another season, way past his prime, to have a losing 8-9 season, which cost him his wife and family. These guys just don't know when to quit. And that goes for this so-called great troll as well. Beyond sad.

Has anyone noticed that last night I posted that I would be out of town on a trip for a month and not posting. NOT 6 HOURS later Rob says he will not post until late May. The same exact time line. I am Rob's life now. Without me and this creepy obsession he has nothing.

Rob, just go ahead and do us all (except maybe ozzy) a favor and croak before the end of May. Put us all out of the Misery that is Rob Singer, this made up 'bad boy' persona of a bitter and angry life-long, losing gambler. Let the final nail in the coffin being you getting caught with this Nephew works for the FBI and I know this and that about everyone, when you clearly don't know shit.

    Taxes on Lawsuit Settlement
I believe no income taxes are due on a personal injury settlement, but a settlement for lost wages would be taxable. I also believe punitive damages are taxable. If you get a lawsuit settlement have them break it down by each type. Better discuss this with your accountant.

Also if you get reimbursed for expenses your health insurance paid for they might want their money back if you recovered in a lawsuit. They don't like one to double dip.

Best of luck in your lawsuit.

Thank you MWP for the information and good wishes. Anything happening is well down the road, but it is good idea to be thinking of some of these things and start preparing. Having never been through anything even remotely like this, I appreciate all the information and advice I have received. I am in good hands, but still like to be as informed as I can be so I can ask the right questions.

Wow, it's very, very telling to see that Rob has not risen to the challenge and posted KJ's true name here.

KJ gave him permission, yet all we get is ... crickets.

Looks like the "emperor" has no clothes.

No name, either, bwa ha ha ha

And you wonder why you never get any mileage out of your posts?

Think about what would happen if I posted all kew's private info. Or just his name, which in his delusional world would supposedly be just as damaging.

I post his name, he'll deny it; and you're helpless enuf to believe him. It's not important anyway. He'll eventually talk a little too much or do something only an idiot would do because he has the IQ of a potato. And one more time: I didn't get his info from some gay registry or aids support group. It came from the gov't after I asked for him to be investigated after a serious threat. That's how I found out his previous address belonged to the fat old man who died of infections due to complications from aids, and why the clan all had to move out right after the world got rid of this homo.

All things considered, I get way more satisfaction out of him worrying about what I COULD do, and about how you don't like me for it.

Since you're frustrated, why don't you just do what the libtard losers in that wreck of a city do up there when they can't have their way: whine, throw rocks at innocent people, and burn small businesses down.

    I'll still be smiling.

Again you fool, this is all information that Mr. 33% could easily provide, only there'd be no guessing. If you had really been talking to him you'd have known these things, because one of his responsibilities would be to educate you on what your net proceeds would be with this or that payout, and why.

Too bad you can't get reimbursed for Medicaid expenses.

You need to go to stupid school.

Stupid school apparently did nothing for you Rob. And I don't know anything about Medicaid expenses. I am not even sure what medicaid is, except that I think it is insurance for the uninsured?? Always interesting that Rob always seems to know how all that kind of stuff including food stamps or snap or whatever it is called works. Anyone else find it "interesting that a many times over millionaire, from the singer progression system, from the double up bug, From a recent 1.5 million dollar hit, plus all his high level secret government work, somehow knows all about medicaid and food stamps? Anybody? Anybody? Ozzy?

Look, my attorney, whoever he may be, just "officially" became my attorney in this matter the other day, when I signed an agreement. And believe it or not, I am not his only client. He has many, many cases going on and we haven't even begun to get into this, and strategized yet.

Now let me address Rob's previous post, 2 posts back. Apparently big bad Rob, government secret agent, was so scared from something that the "little gay sissy" said that he contacted authorities and/or his secret government contact from his James Bond days. Well I didn't hear anything from anybody, so I guess no one found anything credible. Or was there some sort of top secret insiders government hit that little old me has somehow evaded.

Humm? but what they did do, is some inside nephew or brother-in-law FBI agent risked his career, as well as legal jeopardy by supplying fellow top government secret agent Rob with all sorts of personal information, which like I said would be risking his career. Is that what we are to believe Rob? You going on about sugardaddy stuff, like this is just shades of that nutjob seedvalue. is the goal of these guys to not have anybody take anything they say seriously?

You know who I actually feel sorry for today and over the last couple days? Ozzy. Must be heart-breaking for Ozzy to watch his idol floundering and flailing like this. Hang in there Ozzy-man. I don't know if it will get better for you, but it can't get much worse.

Rob does this recent failure to expose kews name with his constant taunting, have something to do with you just turning 74 ? You of all people should relish in a situation like this. Very dissapointing coming from the All- time greatest forum troll Singer/Logan.

The only way I can release his name is in person verbally. I have deniability that way in case I'm ever questioned about the agreement I'm honoring. Next person who has the guts to meet with me, it's all theirs.

Turning 74 in a few weeks. It's not the 74 I thought it would be when I was 20. I've got more on the ball, I'm still at the top of my game, I haven't lost a step of quickness or reaction, I still eat whatever and whenever or wherever I want without restriction or fear of weight-gain, and I take no pills. Plus it's nice having a lot more money.

Jerry Logan was NEVER me. He's just a fan of the King. (And bow your head when you read this)

Rob... given the information you claim to have does it for the most part line up with what KJ has said about himself regarding his location residence age etc?

  18. #218
I'm not understanding what the issue is here, he has given you permission to do so. But, let's assume there is an issue. I don't know all the ins' and outs of the Doxing law's but for the most part I don't think they cover the private sharing of that information. It's the mass sharing or public sharing of that information.

KJ's challenge is basically calling you out to prove you actually know his real name and whatever other information you claim to have.

There's all kinds of ways you can do that without publicly Doxing him or having any liability.

Here's the problem we have, I will ask KJ how we could solve the following problem.

No matter what name and information Rob come up with accurate or not KJ can always deny it. I don't know what actual information was actually reaviled about KJ via MDawg(?)
I have no real interest or reason to have JK's address or personal information. Perhaps a slight curiosity just for the hell of it should I happen to run into him. I'm certain I have run into KJ's partner a few times, even before I even knew who KJ was. Given that I put two and two together and I believe I may have seen KJ with his husband. I guess it could've been someone else. IIRC I asked KJ something specific and he denied it, but someone else confirmed it. So who knows it doesn't affect me either way.

Anyways, how can we prove if Rob's information is accurate or not? Is KJ actually going so provide a 3rd party with his ID and SS number in person while showing his ID? Even then that's not even 100% fool proof.

Ho ho ho, Rob and his secret "agreements."

First he claims to have won $1.5M from an unnamed casino, claiming he cannot release the name of the casino due to an agreement (he later released a name anyway: typical Rob).

Now he claims to have made an agreement not to release KJ's name.

Earth rot Rob...an agreement with WhOM, exactly?

Certainly not KJ who has given you written permission.

Not Dan Druff who wouldn't deign to give you the time of day, much less make some form of secret agreement.

    *sips coffee, pets cat*

Hey Rob, meet me at Chinook Winds this Thursday night, you can tell me then and there.
