As far as this latest "casino lawsuit" fiasco, the combination of all the discrepancies misstatements and contradictions would be hard enough to swallow, but when combined with that on the day of his return after swearing that he would not return, he jumped on PositiveVariance's posit that all this happened long ago and then the very next day went back to claiming that when he started the thread April 17th he hadn't even done anything about it yet, makes for far more likelihood of a whopper than the truth.

In any case, it makes a solid case for a very confused and tormented individual which is why I gave up any benefit of the doubt as to UNKewlJ's being a successful casino player. To do what he describes darting in and out of casinos without detection for years would require a high degree of self awareness and steadfastness not to mention ability to stay cool and collected under pressure, and this guy has shown no positive traits in that direction. This guy is just all over the place can't present a consistent narrative, spills his emotions everywhere to anyone who will listen, cares far too much about what people think of him, is very thin skinned, INcapable of keeping his mouth shut (ESPecially when it might suit him) and can't even make a stand as to whether or not he will post again at an internet forum. Reasons why UNKewlJ is not just compulsively lying about the backrooming incident, but also about being any kind of successful casino player:

1. UNKewlJ has a very poor memory. He can’t even keep track of his lies day to day. No way he could keep track of every single card that has come out of the deck the way I can, let alone the count.

2. UNKewlJ is stupid, very low intelligence. If he had any brains at all he wouldn’t have come up with lies that were so easily disproved.

3. UNKewlJ is prone to histrionics, indecisive to an epic level, whines constantly, cannot keep his mouth shut, and obsessed with what others think of him – none of these qualities would make for a successful anything, let alone cool and collected casino player.

If you really thought that I was not a real player who has done exactly what I claim, both you and Singer wouldn't spend all the time you do trying to convince people of that. Well Maxpen is wrong! Despite his super-sleuthing abilities he is just wrong about the limits he now says he saw me playing. I have never played red to green In Las Vegas as part of my regular counting. Only a couple places as part of a promotion, because that was the limit for those promotions.

At some of the smaller places I toned my spread down to about half my usual Max bet (spreading $25 to $200 instead of my usual $25 to $400 at the time) because that is what they would tolerate. And still I stuck out and these kind of lower limit places didn't remain in my rotation long. Several of the lower limit places I did play with reduced green to low black spreads were Tuscany, Ellis Island, Eastside Cannery, and El Cortez. Tuscany and Ellis Island were each about 100 yards from where I lived at the time, which is why I played them until I started to stick out and feel unwelcome. I was never backed off either place although Tuscany did very obviously reduce penetration to 50% several times. It doesn't always take a backoff or trespass to get the message across.

I think Maxpen saw me at Tuscany and East Cannery but you will have to ask him. Both those places I played a reduced $25 - $200 spread. If he is saying red chip, he is mistaken or has the wrong player in mind.

Now I am not sure but did Maxpen mention Club Fortune and that he saw me there? At Club Fortune I did play red. I played once a week on Mondays for about 6 weeks or two months because they had a special $50 bonus for suited blackjacks. The bonus was $50 whether your bet was $5 or $100, so the play was to play $5 and milk it for as long as possible.

It is funny, the first month or so the bonus was unlimited. You could hit it 4, 5 6 times a night. Then all of the sudden they changed it to once per week. There were quite a few players showing up on Mondays just for this promotion, so I didn't think that change was because of me. But then a couple weeks later, I got the "no more blackjack".

So if Maxpen saw me at Club Fortune, yes, he may have seen me playing red. Otherwise he is mistaken or has the wrong person in mind.
