It's his own fault, not only did he present a multitude of contradictions and misstatements, but he also kept changing his story and frequently declaring that he was trying to mislead people deliberately, then later go back and present facts that contradicted his misleading! Really, just a joke of a narrative.

No proof whatsoever offered too.

The latest misstep was that he didn't realize that ACH payments land on banking days only, and only in the morning or late morning.. All day and night Friday - NO mention of these settlement funds, and then suddenly...on Saturday...whammo! claiming that they landed "overnight." Could not, would not, have happened that way.

Mdawg is quoting Blackhole, one of the few people ever banned from this forum for trolling. That kind of speaks volumes.

I have no idea how ACH payments work. What I reported on another forum that Mdawg seems to have gotten himself all worked up about is that was informed last Friday that my portion of the settlement money would be transferred from the escrow account to my personal account on Friday. So naturally I looked online several times during the afternoon and evening. As of 9pm, the payment was not showing. Before I went to bed, I looked a final time and the payment was there. This would have been 1:30 or 2am, I don't remember what time I went to bed.

So Mdawg has been freaking out for the last week that this couldn't have happened. Again I have no idea how ACH payments work. Isn't social security an ACH payment? When my partner was alive his social security payment always came in, or at least showed up in that same account between 1am and 1:30 am every single month. How can THAT be? According to banking expert Mdawg, these payments wouldn't "move" at 1am. He says only during banking hours. I am guessing he probably doesn't know what he is talking about, as usual.

Additionally, any transaction I make on that account does not appear or post until they update each day sometime early in the morning. I could have make the transaction at 9am, and it doesn't show up until early the next morning when they update. So again, I don't thing Mdawg knows what he is talking about, yet he is still getting himself all worked up.

Bigger issue is there is something else very 'telling' about these two, Singer and Mdawg. They both claim to have won millions (with an "s"), meaning multiple millions from casinos.

Mdawg with his now 4 year, 1000 night comped high end suite claims, accompanying his millions in winnings. Singer with many bizarre claims, including several different individual claims of winning millions.

And yet both spend all their time and energy attacking a midlevel player who make upper 5 figures a year. And the last 4 years or so, not even upper 5 figures, more like mid 5 figures.

That doesn't and shouldn't make sense to anyone. Anyone that is still reading this nonsense should, and probably has asked themselves, why would somebody punch down like that? Nobody does that.

And the answer should be clear to anybody that thinks about it: Because these guys claims are not real. If they were, they wouldn't give a shit about a mid-level player earning what I earn.

And as for this poll...meaningless. There are 4-5 complete, very vocal trolls, that do nothing but attack me on several forums. That is who has voted so far.

Polls are now just a popularity contest and I am well aware there are a number of people that don't like me much, most based on something that has nothing to do with gambling.

When I did the polls asking who believed Rob Singers claim, they ended at 22 or 23 -1 against. That is a telling poll.

The key phrase here Rob, is "want to believe".

I and others don't believe your many ridiculous claims because the math doesn't work with the exception of the Double up bug claim, which you stole. You then follow up those claims that defy math with doctored pictures of Jackpots on computer screens or fake pictures like at the Newell dealership. So it isn't so much that people don't want to believe you as they can't and don't believe you.

Now in my case, people like you, Mdawg and a few others don't want to believe me because you have decided you don't like me. You have decided you aren't going to believe me, before I even say anything. So I can say the sky is blue and you will fight me on it.

There is also a big divide with members of this forum that are real players or real winning players, and members that are just playing games on forums like you. Real players recognize the things I say are real for the most part (exception being a deflect or mis-direct here or there for protection purposes) because they experience and see some of the same things.

You see this when a number of members shared their own trespass and back-rooming issues when I first posted of this incident. It is only you guys that aren't real winning players or real AP's that this all seems so foreign to that it can't possibly be true. And that is because you experience no casino counter-measures or heat because you are losing players.

Mdawg is a really good example. Now 1000 reports of his daily casino play over the last 4 years totaling millions of dollars in wins. With 1000 comped nights in high end suites to go along with it. Over half of that play is now blackjack. And not a single case of a trespass, 86 or backoff. Not even the very common "polite back-off". No mention of heat whatsoever. Quite the conrary, he claims casino personél pat him on the back and say "way to go, you're the best".

I think people would actually like to believe him, but that is just not the way Las Vegas works. There is a better chance of seeing 18 y.o. in a row than what this guy claims.

It isn't about who you like or who you want to believe. Claims have to work mathematically and they have to be within the parameters of the way things really work.
