I noticed they had a bunch of low denomination full pay Deuces Wild where there were quite a few people banging on them.

I didn't really recognize any of these people, but there was one particular guy playing closest to where I just happened to be standing. He was kind of heavy-set with a beard. I just had a simple question... I wanted to know if they were getting good mailers from playing the full-pay deuces. Some people will tell you, and some people won't, I took a shot. This guy was actually kind of a dick and basically wanted me to hit the road. During that brief encounter, I got the gay vibe from him for whatever reason, I don't remember why.

I moved along and I was checking out some 8/5 bonus 5 play that happened to be in view of the Deuces Wild. I decided to have my GF sit down and play 10K-20K through on her card. I'm thinking the most I'm going to give up in value is 200 bucks, we should get back more than that and comps alone. At some point, I noticed this younger Asian-looking dude over talking to the gay guy. It looked as had he had just come from the pit with a few chips in his hand. I remember the gay guy giving him some money from his wallet. The Asian-looking dude headed back towards the pit. I believe I saw the Asian dude playing Blackjack while walking around scouting. At some point, I noticed the younger Asian-looking dude getting more money from the gay dude. Fast forward some years later after I started posting on the forums and heard and read KJ stories and whatnot, I think he even mentioned Club Fortune mailers and video poker and his partner. I happened to be in Club Fortune where I recognized that same exact heavy-set bearded gay dude playing video poker. A light bulb moment went off where I wondered is this KJ's partner? Was that KJ I saw with him all those years ago at Aliante Station? I'm not sure if the timeline KJ mentioned made any sense that that was him. But, what might have made sense is this guy had an affinity for younger Asian looking dudes, and KJ was his new boy toy. That's why I assumed KJ was Asian.
For your own ongoing sanity, I would clear all that gross mushiness from your mind

Kew's famous "last" words: I LIED TO PROTECT MYSELF!!!

What a joke! You'll notice that he's constantly repeating these words when he's not being asked about how max undressed him in the girl's locker room. He does this whenever anyone (ie, everyone) reiterates what a compulsive liar he is. He always tries to act phony-humble--then he just HAS to add in WHICH I DID TO PROTECT MYSELF (hahahaha!)...as if that lie will convince even a 4-yr. old of his stupid backrooming and settlement fabrication.

The idiot is universally laughed at across the internet. This is devastating to a serial concocter. He has nothing more to lose. The liar will be back.

    He is the joke.

I am not vengeful like that and wish you no harm, physically or career-wise.

I am happy for you that you "got yours".
Really? You might want to check your sources because I remember Max telling me years ago that he saw you at X Casino. I actually asked what you were playing/betting. He said reds up to $25.

It wasn't said in a negative way or anything like that. It was just a... hey, I actually ran into that KJ dude. I actually said I thought KJ claimed he was a green and black chipper.

Max defended you saying that may be the tolerance level there. Going back, Max was one of your biggest supporters/defenders.
OMG, I am so tired of this shit!

If MaxPen saw me spreading red up to $25, then he must have been in Atlantic City in 2004, because that is the last time I spread red to $25. So which casino was it Bally's Wild West, Atlantic City Hilton, Trump Taj Mahal, or Borgata and why didn't maxpen bother to say "hi".

Since I have moved to Las Vegas in late 2009, I have never played a max bet of less than $200. And $200 was only a very few smaller places, like El Cortez, Tuscany, and a couple others that wouldn't tolerate much more than that. Most places I played a max bet of $300 or $400 during the periods he and you claim to have seen me.

Now again, the exception to this is a handful of Mondays at Club Fortune, when I was playing that suited match bonus game. The EV came from the suited bonus and was the same whether you played $5 or $100, so I would flat bet $5 a hand, collecting the EV when I hit the suited BJ.

Anything else that you or MaxPen is saying about spreading red to green, and you have the wrong person. You are mistaken.

And frankly, I always liked Maxpen and still do, even after he investigated the lawsuit part of my story and caught me lying to protect myself. He had every right to do that. Could have been avoided but he had the right to handle it as he did. I don't hold that against him, but I do hold it against both of you, what of you what you are repeatedly claiming about red to $25 spread. YOU ARE WRONG or HAVE THE WRONG PERSON in mind.
KJ, how much was the suited blackjack bet and how much did it pay when you caught a suited blackjack. How many decks? I'm curious about the math of the play.

Good one MaxPen. Boy that really showed me.

At least I have never gone running from the forum afraid of anyone, like you did with seedvalue. At least I stand and fight, no matter how many pussies gang up.
Carefull, KJ. maxpen has a real sharp eye and never makes a mistake. Remember when he seen the 1.5 million dollar video poker jackpot at Caesar's Pal....er....oh....never mind.

Maxpen I am NOT going to keep repeating this. You have or are thinking of the wrong person! At East cannery, My Maxbet was always $200, $250 or $300. And even playing on late friday afternooins when the casino started to fill up. I was playing above their comfort level.

Unrelated, I hated those paycheck promotions that most of the local type casinos did. It was so damn predatory, enticing daddy to cash his paycheck at the casino and lose the rent and food money before he ever got home. I also hated the lines at the cashier, but there was an easy enough way around that....don't cash out until the next visit.
"Daddy" would have increased his income by going in with every paycheck and playing dollar 9/6 Jacks until he hit a 4 of a kind then cashing and leaving. Would have upped his income by $117 a week. It's a 5.5% edge when you are getting an extra 125 coins for the quad.

The casinos had to cut out the $5 video poker from those promotions because of big bankrolls, like axel for example, bankrolling working stiffs to come in, cash their paychecks, then play $5 video poker until they hit a quad. It was worth about $600 a play.

Ooof ????.... If you had a clue how the world works you could have all the checks you could handle. You could have raked the "predators" yourself.

I had access to a business payroll account on file with multiple casinos. I had a laptop and a portable printer(that setup was over $3,500 at that time.) I would print out the checks and cash them. The Pioneer had a promotion: cash a payroll check, and get a double on 4-of-a-kind(It may have been 100 coins). They had $5 9/6 jacks. You lost about $57 to the drop on average after tipping 20 you made $427 for about an hour of playing and 30 minutes for cashing and printing. You couldn't jam it daily or hammer it with a bunch of people. Just a few per week.

UNKewlJ is a fraud. The reason he ran off is he was outed, again, for that nonsense about the "ACH settlement" - he kept shifting his story to try to fit with what I knew, and kept cornering himself into an untenable position until he gave up. He is a sociopathic liar - he will never admit his lies unless he is 100% caught dead to rights, and even then he'll just admit a small portion of the enormous lies that he's been handing down circled around the one admitted lie.

With him, even if there is only a 1% chance that he is not lying, still he won't 'fess up.

I also don't like his gratuitous racism and anti semitism when he gets upset. That sort of thing is low life nonsense, and given that he's some kind of Pacific Islander his acting racist is just more "Clayton Bigsby" fraudulent behavior.

I don't hate the guy I don't even dislike him (too much) but I do dislike his constant lies.

It's the seriousness with which kewlJ tells these lies, and then lashes out at those who doubt them. There's a certain arrogance to those posts, in the tone, "Of course this is fucking true, and you're a complete idiot for even doubting this."
Anyway the way this is going to play out, is as always. UNKewlJ will reappear after this, what is it, about 60th solemn oath to quit the forums or quit interacting with so and so, respond to one question that someone appears to have posed to him, under the guise of, "Because that is a reasonable respectful question, I will respond."

Another version of his return from the grave involves showing up in some innocuous thread and posting as if nothing ever happened.

Then of course someone will laugh at him and point out that he couldn't even stay away more than a matter of hours or days, and he'll get into it with that person and try to qualify that he meant that he was leaving only because "everyone was trolling him" but he reserves the right to respond to legitimate queries, and then next thing you know - he's right back to the usual feuding with everyone, taking up good portions of entire days at a time - the way he likes it!

I'm thinking it was 2001. The Pioneer came with that paycheck promotion again. I didn't know anyone in Laughlin other than casino hustlers. I knew one hustler that was a former poker dealer at the Edgewater. He knew lots of casino employee's in Laughlin.

He was offering them $50 plus all the card benefits to cash their checks at Pioneer then play vp until they hit a 4K. Of course, he bankrolled them. He told me he wasn't getting many takers. I told him to offer them half the royal if they hit it. He objected at first but I told him the money was in the quads, not the royal. Only 1 out of a hundred plays would they hit a royal.

So then he started getting lots of takers. A few weeks later I was in line at the Pioneer cage and heard a cashier shout to the back "Got another Belle paycheck!"

Then a few weeks after that, in my hotel room, I had the TV on to the local morning talk show which was about the Laughlin casinos. They had the Pioneer casino manager on.

So the host says "You've cancelled the $5 video pokers from the paycheck promotion. Why is that?"

The casino manager said "Well, sometimes, when you put on a promotion, you get beat."

    Whoa...

The answer to the vexing question ladies always ask, i.e. "Where can I keep my i-phone when I don't have a purse?" has been in front of them, I mean, between their legs this whole time.

Hell, if a baby will fit in there who needs a bowling ball bag?

And don't get me started about where they should keep their casino chips.

Yeah, I can't remember exactly what I was playing in 2001. 98-2002 I spent a fair amount of time getting it in and having fun.

I don't know the exact year but I'm sure you heard that the New Laughlin Mall was handing out fun books that had double on 4-of-a-kind $125 max payout coupons for the Ramada. You could get as many as you wanted and play 1 per shift. They had the 4 7's play triple bonus machines that were close to even. That lasted for at least a short while and I was running as many people as I could. Eventually, they got overrun with Advantage Players and stopped it. I don't know if it was the same coupon book or not but it was around the same time where they had coupons that played double on straight flushes and they allowed you to use wild cards on $5 DW. Probably got off about 20 or 30 coupons before they stopped that.

I just assumed all 6 figure transactions are done by electronic transfer now. Why would someone hand someone a paper check that can be lost or stolen in 5 minutes, for 100's of thousands of dollars in 2023?

BUT, I don't really know or have a ton of experiences with this. I can only speak to my own experiences, and I have been involved with a total of 6 transactions over 100k, this settlement and five real estate transactions and funds were transferred electronically in every case both in and out. No paper checks. No suitcases full of cash.
Speaking of "In a wreck... get a check", which was Glen Lerner's slogan, look at this:

And now look who wrote the text of this comic: https://lasvegassun.com/news/2012/se...nd-lawyer-win/

The September edition of the Smithereens Caption Content started with a illustration of Berkley and Heller fighting on the road. After gathering entries and letting Sun readers vote, the winner is Todd Witteles, who submitted: "I guess we're going to find out in 10 seconds who Glen Lerner is voting for." His entry received more than 40 percent of the votes.

That was one of the last things I did before moving out of Vegas for good.
