Regarding kewlJ / MDawg issue

I tried to let it play out on its own, but this has gotten completely out of hand, so I am going to have to take some control of the situation here so it stops dominating the forum.

1) kewlJ needs to stop with the gratuitous racism and anti-Semitism, just because he's pissed off that some people have made a few gay jokes.

2) MDawg needs to cool it. He's starting a million threads about kewlJ, and bringing up kewlJ in threads unrelated to him. I understand that this is a long-running feud, but I don't want it taking over this forum, which it has recently.

3) I don't want to see people trolling kewlJ's posts and threads simply because you don't like him. For example, he started a good thread tonight about a change to the Nevada trespassing law, and someone already jumped to troll him there. kewlJ did nothing wrong by starting that thread, and in fact it was useful content here.

4) kewlJ has to understand that he was caught in a lie, and spent a lot of time and effort fighting with people before admitting he lied (and only when his back was up against the wall). Therefore, he cannot play victim as if everyone is mean and picking on him. Nobody forced him to make up phony stories here. If you do that and get caught, expect the forum to make fun of you for awhile. With that said, this is going way too far, and needs to decrease its prominence here.

5) No new threads about kewlJ unless they have something new and compelling to say, which wouldn't fit in an existing kewlJ thread.

I think your points will be taken much more serious than mine were. I also started a thread stating the Kewlj and Mdawg Feud was beyond out of control and my Thread was laughed at. Seeing as how you're the Admin, I doubt your warnings will be laughed at and I fully think they will be taken seriously.

This isn't good enough for me, Dan Druff. It isn't "a few gay jokes". It has been well over a year that starting with seedvalue, but now repeated daily by others, people falsely claim I am a male prostitute preying on older men. This is an illegal, criminal activity, I am accused of daily. I wasn't allowed to do that with coach belly and I am requesting the same ruling. Nothing more, nothing less.

I don't think you would put up with someone posting daily that you are a drug dealer as your primary source of income. Accusing someone of any kind of criminal or illegal activity, is something that someone should have to back up with proof. That is not just "a few gay jokes".

So don't give me this "I actually like KJ" shit. If you are going to allow this repeatedly, on a daily basis, you are showing me that you don't want me participating here. Your forum, your call. But That is my stipulation.

As for Mdawg, he is really done now as far as his claims that I felt a need to challenge, so there is little need for me to keep going with the feud he is bating me with. Twice this year I actually proposed an end to all this and he refused. The fact that not just myself, but many people did challenge these repeated absurdities, and that they have grown even more ridiculous over time (like a $100-$5000 spread card counting) and threat of misleading people has been neutralized. Just like Singer and his many absurd gambling claims.

And therein lies the difference in what I lied about to protect myself, vs Singer and Mdawg lying. Their lying is their direct gambling claims, which defy either the math or the way Las vegas works. My lie was more about the back story and protecting myself from my identity getting out. If people don't was to recognize that difference, and conclude whatever they want about my blackjack play accounts, that is their right.

It's not just that he lies. We've had lots of liars on this forum.

It's the seriousness with which kewlJ tells these lies, and then lashes out at those who doubt them. There's a certain arrogance to those posts, in the tone, "Of course this is fucking true, and you're a complete idiot for even doubting this."

Then, when the forum userbase turns out to be smarter than he expected and disproves some of them, we get the mea culpa that he wasn't telling the truth all along. Fessing up only gets you credit if you do it before people take apart the lie and prove otherwise. You get even less credit if you were arrogant/combative/condescending during the questioning of the story's veracity.

In fact, even this story doesn't make sense. He's insisting the backrooming really happened, but just the lawsuit part of it was fake. He said he told that lie in order to protect his privacy. Huh?? How does adding a fake postscript to the story protect your privacy?

It really depends on your business but one thing is for certain - when you own your own business you have no one looking over your shoulder.
