    Or google it! Ha.

    mansion
    noun
    a large, impressive house.
synonyms: residence, hall, abode, stately home, seat, manor, manor house, country house, villa, castle, château, manoir, palazzo, schloss, palace, pile

The typical real estate definition of a mansion is a home that offers at least 5,000 square feet of space and at least five to six bedrooms. Mansions typically sit on small acreage (homes set on vast amounts of land are considered estates). Mansions also exude every essence of luxury, elegance and comfort.
For a listing of such in the given price range, look at a few pages of https://www.point2homes.com/US/Luxur...Las-Vegas.html

Did you start this topic based on hear-say?

And your sources are Half Smoke, and tewlj?

There's no link to the actual claim?

  4. #24
No, there's no link to the "actual claim," as I explained.

If I thought it was worth my time I'd look into it, and try the Wayback Machine.

I am content with accepting the reports of Half Smoke and Kj; if you aren't, fine.

The silence of the dawg on this point is telling: certainly he hasn't denied making the post, a post which apparently he regretted making and then deleted.

As I pointed out why would an LV mansion owner who is a California attorney want to:

A: own a mansion in sin city; and

b: spend what seems to be all of his time in comped suites when in LV?

Then of course there's the issue of "the wife...." bwa ha ha ha

I can think of reasonable answers to those questions...can't you?

LV has no state income tax for one. come'on dude. Lots of people "move" to NV from Cali for that reason.
It is official. Redietz will never be on Dan Druff's podcast. "too much integrity"

Is it customary for folks who purchase 7-figure homes to move right in?

My understanding is that they often spend years renovating, and sometimes never even occupy the property after the reno.

  8. #28
    Gentlemen, gentlemen...let's think rationally.

Coach, I can not think of a really good reason to spend all my time in comped suites if I own a beautiful mansion nearby.

AQ, your point would make sense were it for a primary residence, but dawg lives in California.

Buying a huge estate in Las Vegas and then ignoring it is a stretch, even for a rich guy.

Oh wait...maybe he bought it not to live in but to hold all of his casino winnings: cash and chips take up lots of space.

bwa ha ha ha ... and the hits keep coming...

Ahh yes, the government has those cameras and trackers to know where you spend the most time...

You're assuming that the acquisition is being ignored.

It's fairly common in my area, and very common in Manhattan.

I suspect it happens elsewhere, even in LV. Need some links to convince you?

    Good luck with that MrV.

(If I remember correctly, coach belly has argued that 18 y.o. in a row is possible.

Coach, you just likes to argue, to be "the devil's advocate."

Nothing wrong with that: fact is it often helps.

But as for your post above, I suggest you focus on Funkadelic:

Aren't you aware of wealthy folks who buy multi-million dollar homes,
then completely renovate them before moving in?

Watchung is full of them, as is Haddonfield, not to mention LBI, Avalon, Stone Harbor,
    and probably even Lake Winnipesaukee.

Is it really such a stretch, or argumentative, to posit that the same takes place in Las Vegas?

  14. #34
Coach, yes such things are "Possible," of course.

Sure, it "could" take place in Las Vegas.

    It's "possible," but so what?

Do you seriously believe that is what the situation is?

I suggest that you focus more on what is "probable" than what is "possible."

Yesterday you could not fathom why someone would purchase a mansion, then stay in a hotel nearby.

Now you've had time to think it over, and you realize that it's reasonable, and common, to stay in a hotel while the newly purchased home is under renovation.

As for what is "probable"...tewlj is lying. That's what's most probable.

What I said was I couldn't think of "a really good reason" to do so, which of course would necessitate him having actually purchased a mansion.

There is zero corroboration or follow up by this oaf of his original claim that he bought such a home, be it in need of renovations or not.

Gee, why did he delete the claim and never mention it again?

C'mon, man: do you seriously think that this braggart, this fiction writing bullshit artist would buy a palatial estate in LV and NOT regale us with ongoing tales of how great it is and how wonderful it is to own a mansion in sin city?

Hell, he's the kind of guy who'd go on tinder or grindr to meet someone and having met them PM dick pics of a porn star and claim that it's his.

But you seem to believe his bullshit...amazing.

I haven't seen or read any post from MDawg, claiming to purchase a mansion in LV...have you?

I'm aware of all the bullshit written about it, but that's just another one of tewlj's 10x multiplier posts.

I don't believe anything tewlj writes...that's your cross to bear.

Not just KJ, Coach: Half Smoke.

You calling him a liar too, are ya?

Reviewing his posting history, I found that his attacks on MDawg here were originally unprovoked.

I consider his motives and methods regarding MDawg to be biased and dubious.

I suspect that he either followed MDawg here, or joined here, to escalate a feud with MDawg that began at WOV.

Does he use another screen name on WOV?
