Thread: Wizard outting AP plays.

Kew here's an opportunity for another of those teachable moments you're always so desperately in need of.

No one here had as close a friendship as I did with Rick R. No one here spent as much time with him as I did. And no one here has the ability needed in order to understand and play my strategy like he did. Axel knows he had an extraordinary mathematical mind. And that's exactly what it takes to be able to understand, analyze, and play my strategy successfully.

But here's the most important part of your education: I chose to mention my limited participation in the Revel promotion. Radner was a part of that. For whatever reason, axel chose to cast doubt on the veracity of how we did that. A bit odd, but I attribute it to him still having a hard time coming to grips with my making a bundle from putting down the DU play, as well as not being able to find anything or anyone that can in any way dispute for certain anything I've released about the details and operation of the play--much of which was never published prior.

As such--and here's what YOU should pay close attention to--I've explained what I did with Radner. Whether a person or persons choose not to believe or want to believe it, then that's the way it is. I won't be jumping up and down screaming bloody murder and making up lies to try and convince others that they HAVE TO see it my way. And I wont be repeatedly bringing it up over and over again for no reason. I've got a real life to get back to, which you don't--unless you call dressing up in stupid costumes like dumb little teenagers so you can avoid giving out candy, with you and your crossed-wires tootsie pie holding glands, a "life".

Don't pass on this chance to Wise Up.

Rob doubling down by mentioning the double up again.

I love it!!!! You go grandpa.
Dan Druff: "there's no question that MDawg has been an obnoxious braggart, and has rubbed a ton of people the wrong way. There's something missing from his stories. Either they're fabricated, grossly exaggerated, or largely incomplete".

Is it possible he snuck in for an hour or so and played something lower and out of the way, I guess, but unlikely. He may have had a deal with someone else who played, but knowing Jai alai, on that promotion for that type of money he would've been hands-on, and front and center playing, probably the $100 slots.
You must have just missed him. If Singer states something you know it’s 100% true. Bank it!
This is kind of typical. He went...and said he played MY strategy up thru the $25 machines, and probably overnight like I always did. Maybe that's why he didn't socialize and try to get noticed like the rest. He's a winning player and wanted nor had anything to do with forums, social media, or basically other players most of the time. People who "knew" him would know that.
I knew Rick Fairy well.

Actually, he was very very social, and in fact, he did try to get noticed often. He was often yacking with other pros during plays. Everyone knew what stuff he was playing, when, and where. He would call up or find you asking for advice on the best way to play something.

The first thing he showed me was a Florida newspaper article about him and how good he was at betting Jai Alai.

At one time (before the poker boom) He was trying to get recognized for the world record of having the most winning days at 7 Card Stud. I can't remember what outfit that was with. He needed collaboration/witnesses and asked if I would, wink wink, but I wasn't willing to collaborate on anything I hadn't seen. I only saw him play once or twice.
Later, He was actually making football picks for a Las Vegas news channel or something. I might be wrong but I thought he took over for Lem Banker, or was doing something similar.

He was always concocting some various, get-notoriety scheme. Perhaps He wasn't up to date on forums and social media or by that time he wasn't up to par.

I don't think they had any $25 VP machines during that promotion.

I don't know what the deal is/was regarding that promo and him, but I don't think you got the correct story from him.
People who "knew" him would know that.
I just assumed the quotes around “knew” meant “knew” him in a biblical sense.

They did have $25 machines but they were pulled a short time after the start, I think. He told me a different reason than Dancer or wizard causing problems. He said the rules were posted yet players purposely disregarded them. Something to do with players cards or whatnot--I don't remember.

I was there a few days prior to the promo, and while I'm not 1000% sure anymore since it's been years, but I would be willing to bet they were pulled prior to the promo, or we would've attempted to lock them up. I know $5 denominations were available. Heat came down on the $100 slots and a few other things. However, had one stuck to $25 denomination slots or $5 VP or other things they were virtually heat-free and people did well. Play like that got you lots of perks, RFB and extra free play.

Take comfort in the fact that no one is actually backing up his wishes to have you permanantly banned.

I remember Rob posting he had something to do with the Revel loss rebate promotion at the time. That was ten years ago. So I went looking for what he posted. Here is the Rob Singer post dated 7-13-2013 in a thread started by regnis called Revel Rebate:

"If you read vpFree regularly about this event, you'd read where I said the ONLY players who were barred, banned, or restricted from being allowed to get the up-to-$100,000 rebate were those who did not play by the WRITTEN rules. Period. There were multiple instances of cheating. One was the card-pulling you mentioned. The most prevalent has been players playing with someone else's card, using multiple cards, or teams all playing with the same named card.

Yes, WoV has indeed had tons of input on this, with some anonymous posters, of course, claiming to be some of those being tossed out or banned mid-stream from the rebate after losing tens of thousands. Naturally, none of these claims can be verified, and Dancer & I were outspoken in that the casino posted the rules prior, and the only ones dinged are the rule-breakers. But we have two different sets of facts backing what we say up. Dancer has been in talks with and maybe already is, a consultant for Revel, and he definitely would know what's going on. I otoh, went in 50-50 with a local LV hi-rolling "AP" that I've been friends with and have mentioned in my GT column a few times, for years. He was at Revel 7/1 @ 12:01 am, and he said he would only play my 25c thru $5 RTT since they removed all the $10 and up machines for this promo. We set a stop-win goal of $7800, which we had a tough negotiation over because mine was actually $5500 nd his began at $12,000.

Our deal was that if he lost the $100k, he'd spend the next 20 weeks staying in my sister's guesthouse at her home outside of Phila. That was to get the 20-week rebate. But he won $8300 and after expenses, we both made several thousand dollars +....he a little more because of how we handled taxes from his W2G's. And we BOTH read the rules as best we could prior to his departure, and he did not start play unless and until he SAW the complete set of rules in writing. Nothing was out of the ordinary, he played RTT for a week, and it was worth it. The cheaters and the like were left crying in their beer.

Some from WoV who didn't like what Dancer & I were saying proposed a $1000 bet that the WoV anonymous posters were right and lawsuits were pending that they would win. Dancer excused himself from the bet on his radio show, for being an insider of sorts, but I sent both challengers an acceptance. The offerors were "vpplayer" and "fivespot". Fivespot responded with no interest in really going thru with the bet....it was "just for conversation", and I've still not heard from the obviously cowardly vpplayer."

I remember thinking at the time that Rob's strategy was a nice fit for the Revel promotion.

I remember thinking at the time that Rob's strategy was a nice fit for the Revel promotion.
They did terminate a $100 slot Player's club membership and revoked his prommised comps, in the middle of an expensive dinner no less. I believe he was slightly up during his play so he didn't get screwed out of any loss rebate free play. But yeah, from my understanding, everyone got paid their losses + extra weekly(or whatever) free play. Most of the people I was there with won str8 up and quit so no need to return.

I don’t even go to these big promotions anymore. On more then one occasion casinos have used these types of promotions to identify APs and kick them out of the club or casino. This brings me great stress, because I’m not one to let these types of things go. That’s how I end up spending 6 months in the middle of nowhere carrying out my revenge.

It is only cool to bully straight people about being gay. It really just makes you look stupid and gay, and I kind of feel you tricked me into breaking my own rules. You're so scummy dude, they wish the bacteria well instead of you when you are reported sick. I mean there is something Snakey about KJ, but you are like a King Cobra of pure filth and grime.
HEY!
What about me?
I'm scummy too!
I'm definitely pure filth and grime!!
I am offended that nobody mentioned this.
I suppose you would be a fag then along with Rob Singer. Share a picture of yourself next to your wife so we can compare. I want to have a party when Rob Singer hopefully gets mauled by an RV. Please at least outlive this dude everyone.

How does one get "mauled by an RV"? I'll have to keep vigilant for that one.

Outliving me is possible, but not by most here. Gamblers typically aren't the healthiest of individuals, most have and struggle with multiple bad habits, they rarely eat properly, taking care of themselves isnt high on their priority list, and the vast majority of them lead unhappy, conflict-filled lives devoid of any real love or caring outside of casino-related news. In short, if you're a gambler in your 20's now you have a chance of being around to spit on my grave. But don't count on it.

You could be mauled by an RV while standing to close while taking a picture. Just bet caught up in the tires or something.
