Not long ago you posted a picture from the parking lot of Hollywood casino Morgantown PA. You were standing to the right of the main entrance if you are looking out from the casino. Directly behind you and to the left and right are no less then 6 security cameras. Morgantown is a brand new casino and has the latest security cameras and biometric scanners. Now the question is did you take the picture? Or was it someone else ?

How would one obtain this video footage? Could someone with inside knowledge of how the casino operation works at this particular location be able to sneak a peak? Did you rent a car or use an Uber ? Could someone who knows before hand when marketing will change the offers have contacts in the casino to obtain this info ? Could that result in getting you put on the PA exclusion list ? People have been put on that list for much less then the skills you want us to believe you have

I think for me, I just missed "the wave" when everyone was questioning MDAWGs claims. I don't believe I am "attacking him". I'm questioning what is dead obvious to anyone that knows anything about gambling, which is nearly every one on this forum.

Look how many people questioned his claims on WOV in the beginning. Look at how many people quit posting there, or were suspended. There was a lot of people that "held back" their thoughts due to the policy at WOV. For every 1 poster, there were at least 50 yelling at their screens wondering why SHAQ allowed it. Now, since administration allows it, he continues to post, but gets very few views, as well as responses.

Really, I'm just "late to the party". The only thing I am guilty of is not keeping quit. When someone says, "They can jump off the Empire State Building and fly to the Moon", it is time to say something. Most of these guys that make these claims did very poorly at math, because there is no way they would make the claims that they do. This has all been said before, but it is so true (and obvious).

The problem with some posters here, is they believe if you dislike KJ, then you can't say anything about the 2 or 3 other posters that make math defying claims. With the exception of MaxPen, he is criticizing KJ but he also criticizes Singer, so I must give him credit for that. Not to say I agree with him criticizing KJ, because I really am not sure what the issue at hand is. Some think it has to be one or the other - Criticize KJ or call out nearly impossible claims. If KJ told a lie, that has nothing to do with math defying gambling claims.

I hate to say this, but without KJ there would be no Vegas
Casino Talk. It would eventually dry up. Even though 90% of the chatter are users criticizing one another, it still allows for the occasional quality post/topic, however rare it may be. Without this daily back and forth the forum will dry up.

It's also no secret that this is the forum that houses the banned users of WOV. They migrate here. Many are top AP's. When you get many suspended or nuked members together, it will cause conflict. Like bringing Felons together in a prison, will cause fights. People still browse this forum to try and get a tid bit of information. Their punishment is reading through all the garbage to find the very small pieces of good stuff that are buried within. It is a trade off.

Oh, for the record, I have never had an account on WOV.

Prior to the last year, there was a small amount of riff amongst the users, but for whatever reason everyone is going at everyone with pure hatred.

Even if you had some inside source to get you the footage you are dreaming of, you think the casino keeps footage of a guy in the parking lot from more than 6 months ago? I have heard for general footage the requirement is they keep it either 14 days or 21 days. That is why when something happens like a slip and fall, and you want footage from the casino you have to have your attorney get on that quickly. Now for things involving payments like footage from the cage it might be longer, I don't know. How could you be the top AP in the world that you want us to believe and not know that casinos don't keep general footage very long?

Anyway, so you are going to try to get me on the exclusion list for card counting in Pa. Well guess what genius card counting isn't illegal in Pa. Isn't really illegal anywhere. But in Pa like many places they can tell you that you can't play BJ anymore, although technically if you read the statute, that isn't even clear. I always thought someone would challenge that, but never read where anyone did.

And finally, YOU claim I am not a card counter or AP, but here you say you are going to get me blacklisted for card counting. Which is it fella...make your mind up. Reminds me of the small group of people that either doxxed me or repeated the doxxed information of where I live. Then a short time later these same people jump up and down saying I don't live there and demand that I prove I do.

Who are these "some posters" who believe if you dislike KJ you can't say anything about other math defying posters...? huh?

This forum does fine without Kewl. Kewl just adds noise for the most part. The forum would dry up the sewage Kewl can't help but post. Yes. I'm not sure that matters. It is likely that sort of stuff that brought the cat-creep guy over here.

This is totally unrelated, but I find it interesting. During MDAWG's claims on WOV, I remember reading how forum posters thought they were going to "get revenge" by not posting on the forum, in turn thinking this will devalue the forum, monetary. The amount of traffic that the forum generates is a small fraction of the overall traffic it gets from internet search engines to other parts of the site.

The search engines not only create more traffic, but better "quality" traffic. The traffic that comes in from search engines, are the type of people that click on the "Gambling Ads", where the site owner is getting 35% of the losses from that person.(These kickbacks are as high as 60% for online slot losses). No one is clicking these links from the forum.

I remember there was chatter about the "daily" forum traffic being up or down due to MDAWG. It makes no difference.

Bottom Line: That forum could disappear tomorrow and it wouldn't affect their bottom line. Maybe 1 quarter of 1 percent, but that would be stretching it.

Will it disappear? No. It is SHAQs baby.

PositiveVariance, I need to address you and some things. First your common sense view of things does not play well here with these guys who are blinded by hate. But I welcome it. That in itself probably isn't good for you as far as any popularity contest.

I was not familiar with you until you showed up here, with your forensic take apart of the Rob Singer jackpot picture. Since then I have read everything you post here and find myself agreeing with 99%. Again this probably won't help you make friends here.

And as someone, I guess AccountinQuestion surmised, I like your handle. That right there tells me a lot about how you think. But I would like to know more about your gambling history. Maybe you don't share that and that would be ok. Maybe you have shared it at the poker forum, which I don't read.

What is your history? Obviously an AP. Is that how you make a living? Is it poker related....is that why you are on the poker forum? Has anybody ever met you because you know, according to the haters here, you can't be here if you won't meet people and actually want to be anonymous on an anonymous forum.

About the biggest and only thing I disagree with any significance is what you posted about how you and Druff both view scammers that aren't charging people money differently than scammers that are. I get that scamming for money takes it next level, but scamming people with false information that they can get hurt by is very, very close in my opinion.

Take Mdawg for instance. Any player that tried a $100-$5000 spread playing double deck blackjack on the strip, would be 86ed and have a fresh new entry in the database. Now, yes there is some personal responsibility to not be an idiot and believe everything and be able to figure out the difference. BUT, there is also the counter-argument that these stupid ass things posted on Wizards forum WoV, get credibility because they are allowed on Wizards forum. "hey I saw it on Wizards forum it must be legit" type thing.

Mdawg even takes it further than that. For a while over at GF he was saying things like "Wizard approved" concerning his claims. Wizard NEVER< EVER< EVER, approved or endorsed Mdawgs claims. He simply verified that Mdawg had one small winning session. This behavior by Mdawg at least to me, escalates his behavior to scam, even without the element of taking money from players. And is a large part why I have been so adamant in continuing to call him out.

Anyway, a belated welcome. It is always good to add a non-nut, non-troll, non-agendaed member that just makes sense has no bias and uses common sense.

Once again you have no idea what your are talking about, and are putting words in my mouth. You just regurgitate old information. Morgantown PA and newer casinos have more capabilities then you realize. If you think they only have 6 months of video footage youíre sadly mistaken. The only knowledge you have regarding casinos is what others have posted. You donít have up to date information. Only people who actually go to war with casinos everyday do. They certainly are not sharing anything with a fraud like you.

Now You didnít answer the question dodge ball champion. Did you take the picture or was it someone else ?

Just rubbish. I only asked if he had met anyone because we could almost immediately discern he is not you and this theory could be put to bed.

All the haters here but I bet you've been banned from more forums than all of them. What's that say about you?

I would love to know how many sentences Kewl has ever typed back to back that were 100% honest and not misleading in some unknown way. Likely it is more than people would think but far less than most APs on here.

O and how do I know they keep footage for more then 6 months ? Because they pulled footage from The first month they were open a year later during an investigation regarding a play run at all three casinos. If you were at Grantvile then you would be correct.

So was it you taking the pic or another one of your sugar daddyís ?

I was first drawn to PFA for a thread on gambling scammer, Christopher Mitchell. It was something about the ridiculousness of him compared to other gambling scammers. I have been on several other AP type forums prior to this, but PFA was the first under the name "Positive Variance". If you are not familiar with PFA, this is a group of guys that have followed each other between at least 3 different forums, for the better part of 20 years.

As far as the forums I was on, I don't believe on any one forum I had more than a couple hundred post, but I was a very active reader of anything gambling related, since I was 13 or 14.

    As far as AP:
Here I'm California, outside of Indian Casinos, it is illegal for a casino to "Bank their own games". As a 'work around' of the law, table games are allowed in California as long as they are 'Player Banked'. The issue is no players want to bank, therefore "3rd Party Banking Groups" were born. This is a business that operates inside the casino, that provides the casino with 'Bankers' at each table. The dealers function is still the same, except they take/give chips from the Bankers. The banker is essentially a 'chip sitter'. The card rooms and the Indian Casinos are always going after each other. There is actually a piece of legislation that will allow the Indian Casinos the right to challenge the legality of "3rd party bankers" as the Indian Casinos lose Hundreds of Millions annually to the CA card rooms. Law allows it since the local municipalities earn huge tax revenue from it.

How does the card room/casino make money? They collect a flat fee from the banking group per round. That fee is structured by the amount wagered for that round.

How does the banking group make money? The natural house edge built into the game, minus the fee they pay the card room per hand. The difference is the profit. On top of what they pay the card room per round, they also have to pay a monthly fee to the card room for the right to bank. I am familiar with one of these agreements, for a small 12 table room, it is now up to $90,000 per MONTH. This is on top of the collection fee they pay the house per round. A place like Commerce Casino is LA has to be close to $500k.

These 3rd party banking groups are only there for when no players want to bank. This is what I do, I "Player Bank". There is a lot that goes into this, I have to be careful as to what details I give away.

This has been discussed, 4 times in total very briefly on "Gambling with an Edge", most notably by "SmallCapGrowth". The info he gave was accurate. He could of had an extremely lucrative career, if he didnt give it up to -EV stuff, when he wasn't playing +EV. Something Richard Munchkin once said, "It is the Wild, Wild, West." This may have been true in the 90's, but is NOT the case today. Games are as safe as any Vegas Casino.

I believe this is a form of AP, some would disagree, which is fine. The money is important, not the title lol.

Years ago (8-10), I briefly posted on a couple forums about banking games (under another user name). I have never met any AP's in person. I think because what I currently do isn't traditional AP type stuff.

I don't believe I have mentioned it on PFA, Most of what I posted in the past on other gambling forums as well as here isn't going to give much away. Believe it or not there is a lot of strategy that goes into it. Game selection, time selection, player selection, dealer, location, ect.

Everyone that is playing in these casinos/cardroom is aware that they are not playing "against the house", and they have the right to "bank". It is no secret.

The most well known card room in California is Commerce Casino and Hustler, where Hustler Live takes place (Poker Podcast). I would prefer not to get into the "hours", as there is a lot of strategy involved, but I do "Just Fine" :-). Variance can get wicked at times. High edge games can often bring high variance.

In closing, on the very last episode of Gambling with an Edge (Mailbag) Richard and Bob shared their missed gambling opportunities and Regrets. Want to guess what Richards regret/ missed opportunity was???

Kinda a side story to my post above. The card room doesn't give a shit since it isn't there money. These "3rd party banking groups" consult with guys like Elliot Jacobson for advice on game protection. Let me first say, I like Elliot, I have nothing against him. You know how Elliot doesn't like card counters? In CA card rooms they are 6:5 Blackjack. Well the banking group was told that no card counter could beat a 6:5 game. Elliot has contracted with these Banking Groups in the past.

    Guess what? They were wrong!

Now, I can't say with 100% certainly that it was Elliot that advised them on 6:5 being unbeatable, but I'd like to think it was :-) Maybe he will chime in here.

They never thought of the scenario of a guy like "SmallCapGrowth" would walk in there and spread $5-$2000. It may even have been $5-$5k max bet. They were just told, " Don't worry a 6:5 game can't be beat" or "The variance would be to high, no one will attempt it" lol. I guess they never thought of the probability that a guy could walk in there with a million dollar bankroll and work with a razor thin edge.

I don't remember his hourly EV, maybe someone can SIM it. He said he could sit there for hours unmolested. Remember, at Commerce casino, they get more action/high rollers than many Vegas casinos. Large bets aren't an issue, especially since it is the Banking Groups money. The card room justs makes a "reasonable attempt" to protect the games. They generally don't get AP's because the rules are so terrible (for the player).

On GWE SmallCap talks about APing the Baccarat Dragon side bet, at the time I believe the limits were around $1k on the Dragon. Variance would have been wicked paying 40:1
