As Per 6:5 BJ, there was a guy, that went by Automatic Monkey that was on the blackjack forums when I started on them about 17 years ago. AM was a pretty smart guy. I don't believe card counting was his full time gig, but he did well for a long time. When 6:5 came to Atlantic City and no card counters would play, but he would. Just like you said, except on a smaller scale he would use a huge bet spread. The variance was huge, but if you are going to put in enough time, you don't have to be afraid of variance. And the big plus, was just as you said, casinos and casino personnel were so sure it couldn't be beaten that they just didn't care, even with a huge spread. AM played unmolested day after day for a number of years and kicked ass. I guess eventually someone got around to running a simulation and figured it out.

Casinos and casino personel are a funny group. They get something in their head and they stick to it without really even bothering to look into it. It works the other way too. Like I have seen casinos back off a card counter spreading 1-4 at an 8 deck game (average pen). The player isn't even playing a break even game, let alone a +EV game. But somebody gets it in their head that he is spreading 1-4 and a card counter and doesn't even bother to check and see if it is +EV.

So yes, once I moved to Las Vegas, I put his number on speed dial. I never said I talked to him or knew him at that time. In thinking about the 6:5 scenario, without even running a sim, the 6:5 adds about 1.4 to the house edge, making it roughly a 2% house edge for an 8 deck game. With a .5% offset per true count, the game wouldn't turn +EV until true counts of better than +4. So in playing the player would be betting $5 at all counts +4 and below and then jump up to his max bet of five hundred dollars or in the case PV mentioned several thousand. Imagine betting $5, 98% of the time and then jumping straight up to a huge amount 2% of the time. It would be ultra obvious, but the key was they didn't care because they were certain it couldn't be beat.

I don't claim it to be you or him. I would have to go back to our conversations and posts on the forum, but you led me to believe it was your partner whom I saw at CF. I described him and what he was playing and the time he was playing. I guess it's possible it was not the same guy I saw in 2008, but they looked very similar, both played VP. There is nothing to go over or understand with this one because there is nothing you or anyone can say about the Bob thing to convince me otherwise. The MGM execs was a friend of mine that works the pit at an MGM strip property. I have been friends with this person since 2011 and it is actually a great story of how we became friends. I have told it elsewhere (the perfect shoe), not going to repeat it here. And it has been very beneficial to have a friend that works in the industry. He started sharing information in my database files with me, without me having even asked. This is very, very valuable for a card counter to know what is in the database.

So it so happens at one point in time when Mdawgs claims were particularly annoying me, I said something like 'see what you can find out about a player that plays Cosmopolitan and claims to have been comped for the last 7 months, while winning over half a million". At the time the sale of Cosmo to MGM was underway but had not gone through. So he git the info by simply asking a colleague, who printed out a win/loss total. I guess the player wasn't hard to find. And it so happens a few days later when he was coming to a party at my condo, he brought that printout. But to hear Rob, Mdawg and Moses before he passed, tell the story, execs from MGM brought stacks of files to me. It was a printout that spilled barely onto the second page. And of course it was obtained not as part of any official duties. Later on, I actually felt bad that I had even asked. felt bad that I involved him in some internet shit. But it did serve its purpose, as Mdawg immediately rescinded his 7 months of winning to "about even".

What else. Oh teens that live near Daytona Beach surfing. Good god, how unusual!!!!! All my friends surfed. That is what we did in that area. Sorry KJ, Seed is right on this one. Cloud storage changed the video surveillance business from years ago. Even when I got out of owning a business 4 years ago it was cheap to send your security video to the cloud to store 6 months worth of video. In my case it made sense in case someone came back with an over served claim months after an accident. Years ago when it was videotaped, you had a months worth of tapes you rotated. Then it went to digital and you could hold it longer based on the quality of video with time skips and depending on the size of the drive. But sending it the cloud changed all that. It’s all a matter of how much storage you want to pay for and I’m sure the casinos see value in saving it.

I already clearly stated many times that I had probably never seen YOU. I described who I had seen and wondered if that was your partner. You are the one who seemed to confirm that it probably was. Were these reports years after the fact? Because if someone says they think they saw me at some random casino within a reasonably specific time frame, I would know whether it were possible, and if it weren't me it probably wouldn't be possible that it was me. (I.e. dates times and details wouldn't line up.)

I had shared that two smaller local casinos that my partner and I liked to visit were eastside Cannery and Club Fortune in Henderson. Maxpen apparently played both of these casinos. My blackjack play at both these places was very limited because my play, even with bet spread cut down was just above their tolerance or comfort level. At Club Fortune I played blackjack for a total of a number of weeks, once a week on Mondays when they had a suited blackjack promotion. At East Cannery, I played blackjack for a couple times a month, usually on a friday, when it was busier, off and on for a year or so. So my blackjack play at both was very Limited. BUT Maxpen and I both witnessed East Cannery cheating a blind patron (a very regular player), so I thought he and I may have even played the same table, but no now I don't think so, because everything MaxPen describes about me is incorrect and the only thing he got right about my partner is that he was heavy.

This is MDAWG'S issue:
He wants to be viewed as a "Professional Gambler" or someone who consistently beats the breaks off of casinos at will. It just kills him that someone he views as inferior (because they are gay), not only did they call him out, but this person has been able to support himself via the Casinos for nearly 2 decades.

Now, if KJ is lying about any part of his story, Shame on him. I have no reason like MDAWG would to hire a private investigator to find these things out. People lie on forums all the time. I enjoy calling out gambling scammers. They ruin people's lives. All the little stupid shit people lie about on gambling forums, I don't care to necessarily call out, especially when it is dead obvious.
