Hi guys,
Me and my wife went booked an offer in Las Vegas with Caesars that had two tickets to see U2 at the sphere. When we booked the offer online they told us that we had two tickets for the concert. But when we checked in they told us that there was only 1 ticket available so one of us can't go now.
Anyone know what the best course of action would be here? Obviously these are free tickets but we did fly all the way here from Philly for the concert and it's not as fun if only one of us can go. The concert tickets are now sold out and it feels like a bit of a bait and switch since they just told us the day of.
EDIT: Talked to a host and this was resolved - I would like to delete this post now haha
