Do you really think it that unusual that in a town like Las Vegas an AP or player that plays for a living can have a friendship with someone who works in the industry? Hell, some pit folks are AP's themselves in their own time.

This particular supporting imaginary character was created by me FraudJ based on an idea I had from a blackjack event that I wrote about back in 2011. I wrote about it at WoV as well as Norms blackjack forum, calling it the "perfect shoe". That happens to continue to be my biggest winning day and single shoe, some 12 years later. And as a result of that session and event, I became friends with the pit guy that was working that day, when he approached me a short time later at a bar off strip.

And we have remained imaginary friends for almost 13 years. I have invited him to party's and gathering at my tunnel entrance many times. And he has shared information with me, mostly information about me, a number of times. And I never asked for that. I did casually ask him to see what he could find out about Mdawg and he did. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't asked that and involved him in internet forum shit.

But somehow you haters following Mdawgs lead have decided that my friendship with this person, that I wrote about 12 years ago, and have shared advice and things he has told me over the years, was what....some kind of plant so I could use it a decade later when he shared some information about Mdawg?

I am not going to make a special trip, but will be out tonight and tomorrow night playing the strip and will make it up that way just to take a look. (I am interested in how many blackjack tables and conditions).

I just looked at the link you provided and in looking at that view from the sky, I got a little confused. My first though was "what is that building sitting on the old Riveira land", just across Elvis Presley drive that runs from Westgate to Circus Circus? Actually took me a minute to realize that IS the Riveira and that was an old picture. A current picture would have the convention center expansion taking up most of that area.

A shot of about 2/3's complete Big Blue (complete with cranes) is in the opening credits of the movie The Hangover, which was released in early 2009. Assuming the filming took place a year or two prior, because I believe by 2009 it was 90% complete sitting the way it sat, since the day I moved to Vegas in late 2009.

I really thought this project would never be completed and open. I thought it would be a repeat of The Harmon Tower at Aria, which was built to completion, never opened and taken down.

I don't do pictures Rob. I am not a tour guide. I'll leave that to Wizard and Mdawg. they both seem to enjoy that.

I have had 2 bad experiences with pictures. When I first moved to Vegas back in 2009, I took a picture from the balcony of my first place, the Platinum Condo (hotel) at Kovel/Flamingo. The picture was looking towards the strip because there was a sliver of space next to Paris that you could see through to the Bellagio fountains. When I posted that picture, someone reversed angled it, and publicly identified where it was taken from. Not just the building but down to the floor and even said one of 3 different possible units.

The second was here at this forum. I posted a picture 4-5 years ago and Dan Druff contacted me privately and informed me there was identifying information imbedded in the picture. I am not technically savvy enough to know about that kind of stuff. So I don't do it.

The stupid shit you trolls continue to fight with me about amazes me. That I took a trip back to Pa this spring, just as I have done once or twice a year since I moved to Vegas. That I have a friend that works the pit in a strip casinos. That I even have a brother. Just stupid shit.
