Let's say, for instance, hypothetical that there was a joint what on very 15th of the month they pay-s-off 40-1 for the straights up hit on #15 at roulettes. I know this is a +ev proposition right outta the box but would it be worths-while for a cat to camp out to try and take advantage, hey hey?
At that point you're the house. What's the inside betting cap and how long before you get kicked out if only betting 15? Is it a double zero or triple zero wheel?
