Thread: Pushing slot buttons scam? :/

  1. #1
I remember hearing of a scam in a Casino where pretty women approach single men, flirt with them and ask them to let them spin the buttons for them. The single men are like," What's the harm in letting some pretty women spin the buttons for me?" They let the pretty women spin the buttons.

The pretty women hit a Jackpot while spinning with the single men's money and the pretty women get the Jackpot and not the men since Casinos award the person who pushed the button, NOT the person whose money it actually is, leaving the single men confused on why the pretty women get the Jackpot money and not them.

I remember saying something like,"These Scamming Women wouldn't try this scam with men who have girlfriends/wives with them because the girlfriend/wife would be like,"You need to get the hell away from my boyfriend/husband before I report you to Casino Staff." I also said something like,"It's generally a VERY bad idea to let complete Strangers you don't know spin your buttons for you."

Take comfort in the fact that no one is actually backing up his wishes to have you permanantly banned.

This scam would only work at high limit slots -- where a handpay will come fairly often. Otherwise the girls will need to sit there spinning forever, and perhaps never get anything.

This also isn't guaranteed to work. It is true that the person who "presses the button" is the one who gets the tax form. The law has this in place in order to prevent winners from giving jackpot tax forms to people with lower tax burdens (or ones who would still be down overall!), and then paying them something later for the favor.

However, that doesn't mean the casino is powerless in this situation when a scam occurs. If it is clear that a man showed up alone, inserted his own money, was spinning himself, and was approached by girls asking to press the button for him (while his card was still in the machine, too), he could make the argument that this was a scam, and Gaming could be called into adjudicate the situation. It is very possible that the money would be denied, and it is highly likely the women would be barred from the property either way.

This scam would work a little bit better if the girl approached a guy who hasn't started gambling yet, but appears headed for the machines. They could feign interest, sit really close to him, make lots of physical contact, and then ask if they can press the button for "good luck". A lot of dudes would fall for this, especially older ones who likely don't get such attention from pretty young girls anymore. At that point, the man might have a tougher argument as to whose jackpot it really is.

This scam only works on needle dick men with no stamina.

There was a tiktok recently where it talked about a guy and girl that were gambling together and because she hit the button they made her sign the paperwork and she ran off with the money... I guess you can turn it into a scam.

I don't even budge for someone yelling out cocktails...

I read about that before too. In the version I read before, she contacted him like WEEKS later through text asking him if he still hated her. He responded something like,"How could you do that to me?" She responded something like,"I miss you." And that was the end of the texts." I, Tasha posted something like,"What a snake this Woman is. She should have apologized for basically stealing all his Jackpot money! And then offered at least half of the Jackpot money. I think my exact quote was,"The nerve of that woman. How about saying something like,"I am so sorry for screwing you out of all your Jackpot money. Here's half of the Jackpot money."
