Thread: I got a 24 hour ban from Casino!

So, I ended up making the mistake of asking the SAME person twice at my local Casino to play on my Player's Club Card because I wanted to get extra bingo cards. He said,"You already asked me." A Casino Staff Member was nearby. I went to another machine and asked someone if he could play on my Player's Club Card. He let me, but the same Casino Staff Member saw me and just minutes later, he came back with two other Casino Staff Members and I was told,"Ma'am, you cannot ask Players to play on your Player's Club Card.. You are banned for 24 hours. If you ever ask a Player to play on your Player's Club Card again, we will permanently tresspass you. We are giving you a lenient chance with only banning you for 24 hours." I got greedy. I already have a FREE bingo card with me being a second Tier at the local Casino, but I wanted more bingo cards. Now I get no bingo cards from Casino and a 24 hour ban. I should have just been satisfied with my one bingo card.

Take comfort in the fact that no one is actually backing up his wishes to have you permanantly banned.

I am surprised it took this long Tasha. It is against casino rules and what they accept, which doesn't make it illegal, but is against what they will tolerate. AND you involved other paying casino patrons/customers bordering on asking them for money (panhandling type thing), some who likely complained. I just am not surprised at all.

I applaud you for being industrious and trying to better your chances of getting more Bingo cards.

I'm sure that having more Bingo cards would be a real life-changing event for you; I suggest you keep asking strangers to use your card but use a disguise to help avoid detection.

You'd probably look good in a Groucho Marx disguise.

LMAO! But in all seriousness, I'm permanently done asking complete Strangers to play on my Player's Club Card. Getting banned from a Casino, even a short 24 hour ban is enough for me to know that asking complete Strangers to play on my Player's Club Card is not the way to go. Besides, I am at another Casino that does Bingo and hopefully I can win bingo at the second Casino.

Asking when a casino employee is within earshot is a no no.

Edit: Asking when anyone else is within earshot is a no no.

At the second Casino that does Bingo, I WON! So, getting the temporary ban from the first Casino kind of worked out since I ended up winning Bingo at the second Casino.

Damn, asking someone to play on your card for points is some really down bad shit... Is it that rough?

    What does Bingo pay?

Agree. I didn't want to bad mouth Tasha, as she gets enough grief, but to me, it is almost no different than asking the players for money (panhandling).

I was thinking along the lines of,"I can get free play, Comps, Points, Giveaways, and Promotions by using other people's money and not having to risk my own money, it's a win win for me, until I got caught, given a 24 hour ban told if I ever asked complete Strangers to play on my Player's Club Card, I would be permanently trespassed, got perp walked out of the Casino by Casino Staff, and permanently stopped asking complete Strangers to play on my Player's Club Card.

You shouldn't have pressed your luck asking more than once in such a short timespan. Asking one stranger once during a single gambling session might have flown under the radar. You also have to take no for an answer and be more judicious in whom you choose to ask. Try to look for facial cues that indicate a person is receptive to you, such as a polite smile in passing. If you attempt small talk with them and they do not act friendly, this is a cue that you shouldn't press your luck asking for a favor. I know that acting in moderation and with restraint is hard for you, but it is a skill you can practice and get better at.

Me asking the SAME person twice to play on my Player's Club Card was a complete mistake in more ways than one. I can't believe I forgot I already asked this man to play on my Player's Club Card, YIKES! Goes to show I had gotten a bit too comfortable in asking complete Strangers to play on my Player's Club Card.

The old me would NEVER have asked complete Strangers to play on my Player's Club Card and I was shocked and disgusted when two people within minutes asked a random woman to play on their Player's Club Card after losing their money chasing some giveaway game. The first time, she and he realized they recognized each other and chatted for a few seconds and she was amused, most likely in a "Bob from the bar is begging random people to play on his Player's Club Card. How embarrassing for him, LMAO! way.

The second time she was annoyed and told the guy off saying something like,"Look, you are the second person in just a few minutes to ask me to play on their Player's Club Card for giveaway Promotion . I'm here to have a good time on the slots, not be harassed by random people begging me to play on their Player's Club Card for them. The next people who beg me to play on their Player's Club Card for a giveaway Promotion is getting reported." second guy had no idea another guy had just asked her just minutes before to play on his Player's Club Card, but he quickly took the hint and left.

I was shocked and disgusted and remember saying something like," Two people asking you to play on their Player's Club Card within minutes of each other did seem a bit out of hand. I would have been annoyed too."She responded something like,"I know right? That's none of my business that they lost money chasing the giveaway Promotion. I am here to play the slots in peace, not be harassed by people trying to get points for a giveaway Promotion."

Compare my shocked and disgusted reaction to those two guys asking her to play on their Player's Club Card to me myself begging random, complete Strangers to play on my Player's Club Card.

Girl, did you spin a lugnut?

What is this about two people asking a "random woman to play on their Player's card?"

I thought you asked two random people?

Oh, there is no "old" Tasha: you were simply trying to join the Old Boyz Adavantage Play Club and discovered you are woefully out of your depth.

Best avoid casinos altogether: can you sing?

Somewhere there's a church and a church choir ready to accept you, faults and all.

It looks like god is pissed at you: better win him back by praying to god and not to Mammon.

Ok, ok. You need to stop dwelling on it. It happened, you learned your lesson.

Guys, you have to recall that it is Tasha you are talking about, an admittedly autistic black woman in Miami, owner of little other than a hidous handbag and a gamblin' jones.

She wishes to be well thought of and perhaps even "respected" by what she considers her peers on gambling forums.

Sort of like the dawg but without starting with advantages in life; unlike the hound her skin is thick: much like KJ she takes a load of grief and keeps popping up to keep playing the game.

    You go, girl.

I don't know anything about OP. Regardless of who it is, OP or not, you have to be pretty down bad to be asking people to play on your card to get a comp. It is worse than panhandling and should not be done in a casino.

MrV, I don't dislike Tasha at all. I am still not entirely sure just what is true and what isn't, but assuming she is what she says, with working at walgreens and living at home and the whole shebang, I always kind of figured there was something not right with her. Now that she has confirmed her autism, I feel really bad about some of the things I have said to her. She doesn't deserve to be talked to the way many do, including me at times.

I wish her the best, but she isn't going to find anything but hate on this forum and at WoV the same, although rules require that hate be "vailed".

KJ, I also bear her no animus.

Oh sure, I give her shit but I do that to most people.

People claim you make up everything you post, and some seem to believe the same about Tasha; me, I read what is written, sift through it, and form my own opinion as to whether the claimant is "real" or not.

You and she pass; Dawg and Robert fail.

Sure, I could be wrong but even if I am: so what?

It would change nothing in my life.

Like the Eagles sang: "Just find a place to make your stand and take it easy."

Even if you're always right, what difference could it make here? Then are we supposed to read what they write, genuflect, and emulate, them? Either way, much easier to keep laughing.

V, I have to note that Tasha is Tasha, and, KJ is KJ. They are no more or less than what they write here. Like the rest of us. Ha.

Looking at that shit, for a few seconds, gives me the much needed break between the more difficult numerals, etc.
    Upping my game. Ha.

Gambling will addict some of the people, some of the time, but, deludes all of the people, all of the time.
---> O, tell me the, tell me the list of "doped up" people out of left field who claimed to be a gambling messiah.

No matter where you go, there you are!
---> O! Gee, turn the other way. You are more.

The reason I have always been a little skeptical and confused about Tasha and I guess Nathan , is that wasn't there some kind of connection, association, or maybe just a meeting between her and WoN? Everything involving that guy is some kind of scam. Maybe Tasha just had an innocent meeting or encounter with him, I don't know. Maybe he planned to take advantage of her in some way. Maybe he did take advantage of her in some way (not sexual). I don't even remember the details. I just know I feel like, if WoN is mentioned, then it is like ok, then what is this persons deal?

Anyway enough about Tasha. I am getting a little tired of reading about her right now. This week has just been too much Tasha for me.
