I should ignore you because it is obvious you are doing your coach belly thing looking for a gottch ya moment.

But the answer is both. My mailers used to contain room offers. To use it when you booked you typed in the offer code and it either came up comped or whatever discounted rate you were being offered. If you didn't have a room offer, you could use points or comp dollars to pay.

Out of towners received offers that were heavier on room offers, while locals offers for the same amount of play would contain more free play.

But this is how much my offers have dwindled. For January I received $10 free play total on my primary account from stations. And that did not include any hotel offers.

With offers all but stopped, this would be a good time to hit them with a big coin-in and see what a new cycle of offers will bring. I think I will do that on this stay.

What the bum doesn’t realize is that people who rent out rooms or their entire homes are doing that on a regular basis and have set up everything to minimize issues from having strangers in part or all of their homes. Only fictionalized bums imagine emptying the entire residence for just a few nights a year.

And that’s besides all the other obvious discrepancies and lies in everything you post including this thread.

And of course - you don’t care what people think of you but created this thread (and the one about the squishy wet carpet on the balcony) solely to try to recover from almost unprecedented even for an internet FraudJ backlash for getting caught in lies.

Rather than yet another thread of 10000 word desperate 10X multipliers (R.I.P.) you could’ve just posted a pic of that surfboard by now and even collected more than the imaginary rent for your imaginary condo.

What it consistently comes down to is FraudJ dropping just enough information to confirm that he’s making this all up.

I'm interested in hearing about how FraudJ is circumventing the STR (Short Term Rental) restrictions that are in place for his again claimed, within the past 24 hours, residence. Also adding to what MDawg pointed out you have 3 dudes living in some 1000 or so sft 2 bedroom unit with surfboards and God only knows what...RIP

Yeah, it is frowned upon, like masturbating on an airplane. But happening ALL the time at this location. During WSOP months half the units here are being rented out for a month or 2 or 3.

You aren't renting to some stranger from craigslist, or hanging up a sign in the alley? These companies, screen the people, and they have people that are return customers. They aren't just robbing people blind. And if something does happen you are insured through the company.

Back when I lived at my first condo, it was very easy. It was a condo hotel, so you could just put your unit back in the available rental pool and would receive part of the compensation. I used to do that 3 or 4 times a year, NYE, Superbowl weekend, March madness first weekend. Those kind of times.

This is a little different, because it isn't directly through the building (it is frowned upon by the building), so you have to make arrangements with some company. I don't know if this is something I would be interested in too regularly. We have been here 5 years and never even thought about it. But with the Superbowl, it seemed like a prime opportunity. We'll see how it goes.

You can bet a non permitted STR is not insured by anyone in Clark County.

Dude, I just took a look for you. I see a condo at Palms Place for that 3 day weekend for $2400, a condo at MGM signature for $2500. Another at Palms Place for $4999/night, which would be $15k for the 3 nights. Among many more.

The first two are low, the 3rd high, IMO, but you can set the price for whatever you want. Superbowl weekend starts in a week. Maybe that is why there are some 3 day rentals for $2400 and $2500.

You, as the renter also can choose who is renting. You can reject anyone you want. So you don't have to agree to like 6 dudes coming in from Oakland.

At least he owns a residence in sin city; you claimed you were buying a seven figure property in LV but gee, what do you know...it was another lie.

You spin lies like a spider spins webs.

Let's see if your story checks out according to the math.

    FraudJ's claim is a modest 2BR unit in Panorama = 1100 sft

Fraud J claims Superbowl rental covers HOA fees for a year.

HOA fees at Panorama = $8 per sqft per year(rounded down) for a total of $8800

Rentals nearby in other similar units are asking $2400. Not rented yet.

FraudJ's imaginary unit already rented for over a 3x market multiple.

Most of these prices being seen for tickets and everything else will not even catch a bid as the event gets closer. They will be dramatically lowered. Just like F1.

So the math once again doesn't check out.
It is official. Redietz will never be on Dan Druff's podcast. "too much integrity"

I think you answered your own questions. The $2400 and $2500 amounts look low to me. The Palms place listing for $4999 a night looks ridiculously high. I can't imagine they will get that.

Probably the first two seem low to me because we are a week away and most people coming to something like the Superbowl make their arrangements months ahead of time. We rented out about 3 weeks ago. About a month out. I set a price for 3 nights, Friday, Sat and Sun. Someone responded but they wanted to stay a 4th night and agree to pay that same rate for an extra night. Even better!

And isn't that what I said in the very first post? "basically cover"??

Why are you looking into everything I say Maxpen? HOA rules? HOA fees? Which places have car service. It feels stalker-ish of you. Can't I just share some things that I want to share, without all this nonsense? Can't YOU be normal? Can't this forum be normal? It doesn't seem like that much to ask. But I know it is.

I just talked with a friend that does the short term rental thing. He has one place which is a pretty kick ass house that sleeps 8 comfortably. He got $5k plus some fees for 3 nights during Superbowl. He felt good about that. Keep in mind this is a well reviewed and established STR. I asked what the odds are some fool living full time with 2 other dudes in a typical 2BR Panorama condo got $7-$8k. All I got was a snicker with a "no chance" comment......RIP

I'm not looking into anything. I am very familiar with a lot of the condo communities in Vegas for a few reasons. The only checking I did is just now talking with a buddy in the STR business with multiple properties here in Vegas. There is zero chance what you are saying is true regarding this matter.

Good for your friend. What does that have to do with me and my unit. Mine was for 4 nights, your friends for 3. My condo is a block off the strip. You can walk to the strip right up Harmon. You can walk down Dean Martin to the Stadium and superbowl.

The mere existence of this thread proves that UNKewlJ cares quite a lot about what people think of him and that he is desperate to be believed. And its content establishes that he is lying, again.

You said it covered your HOA fees for a year on a modest 2BR unit purchased for around $300k around 6-8.years ago. Anyone familiar with that property can put the numbers together. All I did was assign the values to your story and the math doesn't check out. It's like your sitting in the Newell showroom posing for photos......RIP

You really need to stick with refined blackjack tables or consult with AIQ for a couple hundred bucks before trying to enter an off the cuff bullshit arena. You suck at lying...lol

It is a thread about the freaking Superbowl. The game is in Las Vegas, I though there might be interest in some discussion.

You haters just jumped on the part about me, as you always do.

I actually thought the most interesting thing was that teams wearing white Jerseys had won 16 of the last 19. And with that knowledge and the choice, KC decided to wear Red. They wore white twice during this stretch and won and wore Red one and lost. And picked Red again.

I might put my money on SF just for that reason.

How does the math not check out? YOU just did the math a few posts back and it was almost spot on.

Yoiu have grown crazier and crazier MaxPen. And trollier and trollier.

Anyway, I am done with you for today. Going out shortly. Just want to make one more post about offers received if I can find Tashas casino offer thread. Not even going to wait while you try to pick this one apart.
