I don't recognize the casino logo, but it looks like he made good choices because I believe the software provider (Microgaming) was known to intervene in the event of a cashout dispute, and the software had an excellent reputation for fairness. The Super Aces knockoff was the highest EV video poker option at 99.9%.

The pic in the OP shows 7/5 Super Aces which is about 1.1% lower than 8/5 Super Aces (the 99.9% version).

Microgaming had perfect auto play, but individual operators could disable it on specific games or generally. Here's what it looks like with auto play enabled. This was a 99.37% Deuces Wild game. 32 Red was and still is one of the major operators.
