I was actually able to verify after discussions with kewl. Sadly for all the non-believers, the actual assault and settlement were confirmed. Wish i could say the same for Cujo.

When Regnis made this post back in March, I have to admit I was concerned. I was concerned because while there are things about the incident that could be confirmed and verified, which I suspect Regnis was able to do, there simply is no way to disclose that information, without compromising my identity.

I debated for several hours, maybe even a day, whether I should contact regnis and ask him not to post anything that could be identifying. But then decided that someone like regnis, or MrV, both respectable attorneys, there was no need to even do that, so I did not contact regnis.

I suspect he came to that same conclusion on his own, that there was simply no way to "prove" confirmation or verification without compromising my identity. And I thank him for that.

The absolute has to involve every thing, because, by definition, and observation, there is only one universe, even if as only a concept for the basis of many. The absolute isn't per se a matter of transcendence, which involves its own manner, and degree, of step or form, later on.
