Thread: AP watch list

  1. #1
There is a new thread by this title at WoV in the last few days. At first read, I thought the OP was referring to the databases. But he specifically stated that there is a list written each day by surveillance, of AP's to watch for that day. I have never heard of such a thing. It seems like it would be redundant to the databases, which are lists of players that the casinos have paid subscriptions to.

I don't know anybody working in surveillance at the moment, but I did ask my friend who works the pit of a strip casino. He was not familiar with what was described. About the closest he could figure was his casino sometimes receives a list of descriptions of players, or more so... teams of players, to look out for from one of their sister properties in the chain that had issues with such players or teams. In the old days this was known as being "flyered" and it went out over fax machines. (remember fax machines? )

Anybody not just trolling, familiar with what is being described?

The only list you need to be worried about getting on, is of known prostitutes.

I tell you it’s wonderful to be here, man. I don’t give a damn who wins or loses. It’s just wonderful to be here with you people.

I see you hijacked YET ANOTHER threat to continue your sick trolling and lies. It's against the rules, but not to worry the rules aren't really rules....only suggestions.

However if you want to talk lists. No doubt you are on the Las Vegas list of KNOWN JOHN's after the hooker that you hired, stole your watch, you sick bastard sand nigger. (apparently it is only suggested that one not use such language)

My friend who lives under one of the ceiling tiles in the casino security room says the AP list is created when security staff get bored and decide to make a list of all the possible phrases that could be abbreviated AP.

    Ass Pucker
    Atrophied Penis
    Asparagus Pee
    Advantage Ploppy

Only possible list of players surveillance would make is “potential” APs to watch.

Otherwise if they know someone is not profitable they will just toss them.

Reminds me of when GWAE had a surveillance guy on the show & asked him if the rumors were true that surveillance sometimes zooms in on your phone to read people’s texts.

He said “Sure we can zoom in on people’s texts, but don’t worry about it. If it gets to the point we want to zoom in on your texts you are already toast in the place anyway.”
