According to a police report, Navarro Gonzalez had a store on N. Congress Avenue that sold miscellaneous items. However, there were reports of a secret room in the store that contained gambling machines and illegal lottery tickets. Customers needed to know the code word to get in that private room. The code word was "La Bolita."
