Sometime in February on a busy Friday night, the LID was putting on a craps dice control exhibition on an Ohio River casino. While tossing the dices the lights started flashing, alarms went off, and intercom personage said everybody head for the exits because they were being robbed by a personage with a gun. He told me chaos, screaming, and panic ensued which caused him to seven outs on the next toss which pisses him oft greatly. Now some men may have been angry and some men may have been scared (credit to Harry Chapin) but as everyone ran toward the exits he saw opportunities.

As the dealers collected the chips from the tables the LID (as a world class Advantage Player that he is) made beeline to the slut devices and cashed out many tickets the floppies left behind in there haste to get out the exits and not get a cap up there ass. After that opportunity was satiated, he went to videos poker areas and cashed out leftover tickets and vultured any multipliers left behind. By the time the robber dude was captured by police in swamp outside cadino, the LID claimed he had made between $250 to $800,000 with this play. He said he wasn't sure exactly how much he cleared because he busted out at craps the next day.

Well done by the LID Barney - nice to hear. I remember passing by amazing plays (Treasure Box 2's and 1's, screens full of scarabs at various sub-10 spin states, all hands covered next hand 10-hand $1 denom UX multipliers etc.) during a fire alarm evacuation as the guards "ushered" everyone out (which is to say they screamed at any people still playing the machines to get the fuck out). The best move is to camp out at the minimum allowed distance from the casino until the fire alarm is cleared and patrons are allowed back in. Then it is Supermarket Sweep time to get to as much shit as possible (one and dones first and then alarm-interrupted longer term plays) before other fellow opportunistic vultures.
I guess this is a move:
1) Hand a homeless dude a C-note to pull the fire alarm
2) Supermarket Sweep the shop the second they allow everyone back in.

Disagree. It was only one robber, the gaming area is huge, there are million places to duck and hide, and all the flashing lights and bright screens could serve to confuse a gunman. Unless the lone gunman is a real pro, you're very likely to survive a lone armed robber in a large casino. All in all an excellent AP move.

I was at Texas Station once when a guy took back his losing wager at BJ and pretended to storm away in a rage (pretended not as in he was joking but I guess to distract the dealer).

The female floor witnessed it and got deadly serious, "Sir, sir, you can't do that!". He returned the chips but they security swarmed him and I assume trespassed him.

Maybe they even called police, idk. But they took it very seriously.

Karen, your best "advantage play" is to find some schmuck who is deaf, dumb and blind and convince him that he loves you and that you love him.

I recognize it could be tough to find someone THAT fucked up, but they're out there and it would be your best shot at the brass ring: obviously thus far men with working senses have avoided you like the plague.

Go hang out at the VA hospitals and look for badly crippled vets: easy pickings, and with all his VA disability money you can play at casinos to your heart's content.

Well (to answer your question), the deal is, at the place where you turned the $200 voucher in at the cage, the disastrous outcome you predicted would have come to pass, had you not turned it in. However, as you did, the LID would have recognized that this shop you were at is very sensitive and would not have picked up the voucher since he has exceptionally acute discernment. He did what he did without trouble at this other shop Barney posted about, because, through this same supernal discernment capability, he recognized that this was not a shop that concerns itself with voucher hustling when a robbery protocol is actuated.
