The thing about AI is it appears terrible for so many people. There is literally no net benefit for society ever. If this is artificial intelligence, why does it injure the weakest first, and basically creating slaves and in so doing, ruins labor market for them as if there were really slaves on the payrolll to burn through. AI says it enables human capabilities but it is complete bull shit. It enables human capabilities for a few to ruin human capabilities for many. Here we are right now seeing AI ruin careers. AI seems like the grandest of musical chairs with a very bad ending shutting out so many people from society. What happens when AI becomes brilliant beyond imagination to humans when just a little causes poverty and joblessness?
We have only like empty promises like hey it will suck being born and growing up human but AI is going to solve all kinds of problems you're too stupid to do like fixing climate and green energy. We will put you in crib and give you crumbs like Universal basic income. When the music stops you're stuck, can never win what is controlled.
