I wish to amend my earlier comment on cutting back on gambling to recommend you quit completely. You show all the signs to me of a compulsive gambler. If this offends you, I'll take a suspension upon request.

    Good for Wizard. Sincerely.

As the guy who started that forum, which was supposed to help players be better and more informed gamblers (has strayed considerably), when you see a person such as Tasha that quite literally in danger, because she reads the forum as permission to further pursue an addiction, he should say something. Others should be allowed to say something.

BUT there have been others in that same situation and Mighty Mike has said nothing.
Dan Druff: "there's no question that MDawg has been an obnoxious braggart, and has rubbed a ton of people the wrong way. There's something missing from his stories. Either they're fabricated, grossly exaggerated, or largely incomplete".

OD is a good dude, no wonder he didn’t make it as a mod there.

I already regret posting those last two posts in the Welcome Back Nathan thread. I REALLY didn't think those last two posts through when I wrote them.

Take comfort in the fact that no one is actually backing up his wishes to have you permanently banned.

Keep posting vapid, inane nonsense, Karen: "the gift that keeps on giving."

Glad to see you back posting again: I was running low on new material.

Coming from the Wiz, that’s rich, seeing as how 99% of what he teaches is on negative expectation games.
Challenge to redietz. We bet every NFL regular season game. You make the picks. If you lay the fav I get 2 extra points. If you take the dog I get a 2 point discount. Easy pickings for you.

Well, yeah. It doesn't take a Mensan to realize that the net effect of the site overall is not keeping gamblers on some straight and narrow positive EV path. So if what you teach are negative games, and you don't open and close each segment with "Don't play what I'm about to show you," then it's pretty much all hooey for gambling addicts.

Anybody who pushed a "parlay calculator" for sports betting also has some basic logic deficiencies. Or enjoys promulgating laziness. Or both. Boz, feel free to take it away....

Nor does it take a Mensan to realize that you are on the money with this.

That's my raison d'etre, MDawg. I point out the obvious.

It's a sad and easy magic trick. People don't know how to frame things. Their multi-powered microscopes are stuck on one lens.

What annoyed me about the Wizard pushing his calculator is that it plays to the worst, laziest instincts of recreational bettors. Bet everything one place at one time. Is there a better way to lose than that, really? It annoys the living hell out of me because it ignores literally a big chunk of the skill set of sports bettors. It would be like forcing people to day trade between 7 AM and 8 AM every day or buy/sell crypto just one day each week. It sets an ignorance/laziness standard that is sickening.

Yes, offering a parlay calculator on a site that offers many gambling related analytical tools is like forcing people to trade between 7am and 8am every day.

The similarity is obvious. Astonishingly obvious even. It is farcically flummoxing that anyone should fail to be overwhelmed by the obviousness.

No, your only reason you cared to rag on his parlay calculator was/is to get up on your high horse so you could tell us how you think your college football betting knowledge is superior to others.

You act as if he somehow thinks that his Parlay calculator is the Pinnacle of his life's work and the best thing since sliced bread.

Have you ever actually looked on WOO? He has calculators and gambling information for just about everything you can imagine gambling-related, but I guess that's one of the reasons why he got paid millions of dollars for that website. I guarantee you that his calculator can be used to calculate plus EV situations that are only good while making parlay bets. If somebody's trying to get plus TV and they can speed up the process there's an absolutely nothing wrong with that as a matter of fact I think it's sickening and foolish not to use a tool that could increase your hourly.

Do you understand or get what his websites are about? Do you understand the more content they have, the more they make? It's all about content, content, content.

If your goal is to have the most knowledgeable gambling site in the world you don't leave out stuff like parlay calculators.
That would be like a baseball card collector wanting the top 10 rookie cards of 1963 but leaving out Pete Rose just because he gambled on baseball.

You shouldn't be okay with a tailor deciding not to add pockets to suit pants. And you shouldn't be okay with someone like Mike leaving out a parlay calculator.

It would be like me telling someone like you that you were lazy and ignorant for using a program to make /use a pre-made video poker strategy instead of making one yourself. Fuck why don't I just tell them they have to calculate everything by hand in order to create a strategy.

I'm sure there's plenty of other things you could bust Mike's balls on if you wanted to, but him doing exactly what he was born to do and what he makes a living from certainly isn't one of them.

The ‘tard regrets them because she got called out over it, no other reason.

She has no friends in the real world and the only people that know she even exists are a few co workers and family that really don’t care. V’s stories here about her are probably closer to the truth than we can imagine.

Boz, why didn't you ask T.Pined to just donate the money owed to you to Tasha. Looks like he didn't make payment in full, ask him to give the balance to her!

He is more than paid in full, it was only $100, he offered $125. Interest was never a requirement of the wager but I did say jokingly it would be like $160 now invested properly.

And giving her the money was and never would be a consideration for me. People can help themselves and change their lives in most cases, animals can’t. It’s how I base all the charity donations I make. Unfortunately humans run charities so you have to do your research to see how the money is spent.

But again Terps is paid in full with me as far as I am concerned.

A parlay calculator is a pro-casino tool. That's why some offshore sports books offer them to everybody.

It teaches you to bet everything at the same time and place. That is lazy. That is exactly what every sports book wants.

So it would be the height of irresponsibility and ignorance and disdain for bettors if someone like myself, who has the experience to judge these things, doesn't speak up. If I didn't, it would be the same as staying quiet while an alleged wizard touts 6/5 blackjack.

What's telling is that nobody on that site breaks his balls for it. That basically tells you all you need to know about him and the site.

What's telling, Axelwolf, is that YOU don't break his balls for it. Why don't you? You must know better. It's the same as if he were touting 6/5 blackjack, because betting without shopping is, in reality, cutting your payback unless every single sports book has the same exact numbers for the games you are betting, which happens about once every asteroid strike.

You have to know better than this, so what is your problem?

Another, worse, issue is that it teaches bettors to bet games at the same time, with no regard for chronological line moves over the course of a week or (in the case of futures) a season. It is, in fact, a really terrible idea...unless you're a sports book.
