Used to be my preferred spot on the strip however it's been almost 2yrs now, but I'd bet it's probably still pretty nice. Was starting to show it's age in the rooms a bit. But since Cosmo is now MGM, I might opt for that. Although the last bed I slept in at the Cosmo needed a new mattress. None of the MGM properties are new, yanno? But I'd take them over ANY Caesars property.

I thought about staying there but if you look at the reviews Vdara is kind of a weird deal. It appears many of the rooms are timeshares, which are often left in a poor state for the next guests. It is unclear whether the rooms MGM uses are independent from the timeshare program or not. Maybe somebody will chime in who knows better?

I would imagine that they have sufficient house-keeping staff to keep the rooms up to standard, hey hey.

I mean you would think so but the number of poor reviews on the property discouraged me. Another thing is Vdara has no casino and is also set back there a ways. So tack on another 5-10 minutes of walking to most properties, unless you're going to the Cosmo, then you can come in the back through the parking garage.

It’s not as new as some of the other spots, but it’s definitely still considered a top-tier hotel. Great location, nice vibe, and the amenities are top-notch.
