And just how would you suggest that I or any other advantage player whether mickeycrimm, Axelwolf, any other APs on this forum, or any other forum, or even your boy Munchkin, go about posting “details’ of their play that can be checked or verified?

You seem to be name dropping Munchkin this week, so did you ask him when you had lunch, just what “details” of his play he has EVER posted that could be verified?

Any form of doing what you are suggesting would be giving up the anonymity that APs work hard to preserve and would have consequence akin to walking into a casino with “advantage player” tattooed on our forehead.

What is stunning to me, and I would bet every other advantage player that posts on this forum is your complete lack of understanding what it means to be an advantage player and the relationship between APs and casinos.

For a guy who claims to have spent 100 days a year in Vegas for 45 years, that lack of understanding is what is stunning.
What's stunning is your persistent dishonesty.

Nobody said you should "go about posting 'details' of their play." Not even close.

What I said was that it's stunning that you never mention details of, oh let's see, where and what you eat, what shows you see, what LV-oriented things you do (with details). what other "APs" you hang with recreationally, what you and they do, what effects this or that have on you (like construction that ties up half the city), what odd LV locals you run into, how week-to-week changes in traffic and tourism and events affect you, and on and on.

The devil, as they say, is in the details. And there are very, very few details.

Even your silly attempts to label these comments of mine as asking you to "reveal details of your play" are stupid, manipulative, and obvious "misdirections," to use one of your fave phrases. You offer no "real life" details.

Any forensics interviewer would say the same things. It's just too obvious, after all these thousands of your posts.

And don't name drop Munchkin. He's more forthcoming in one lunch than you are in 5,000 posts. Now I hadn't mentioned that, but it is absolutely true.

You're just hanging yourself with your braindead posts that (1) try to frame me as saying things I did not and (2) persistently lack real-world details.

As for cards that cover rental car insurance, there are less than there were years ago but these banks/cards are good options.

    All Wells Fargo cards
    All Chase cards
    All American Express
    All Capital One Cards

But it’s important to know and occasionally check you benefits because cards change often with just the legal requirement of notifying you, usually the customer misses it.

As for Discover, I’m shocked it’s still popular with only 1% cash back along with limited 5% each quarter. I say limited because there is a limit on how much you can get back. Even the basic Wells Fargo card is 2% and others offer even more on targeted categories.

Finding the right card is an individual decision based on spending habits but the research can pay off big time. Obviously only if you follow rule #1 of card whoring….pay the balance off each month.
Thanks, Boz. I have Capital One and Chase, but only their lower level cards, so they don't cover it. My Discover is the one with the 25K+ credit line, but they quit the rentals.

I will check out American Express. That is likely the way to go. Or I need to consolidate my Capital One. I have two separate AA Capital One accounts that if I consolidate, I likely qualify for the better card.

I appreciate the info. I'm going to try to square this away in the next couple of months, as it is a pain in the derriere.

Are you fucking out of your mind Redietz? No need to answer. Your posts over the past year or two speak for themselves. I think there is almost an unanimous answer to that question.

No AP has shared more details of what they do and in mostly real time, than I have over the years, including where I ate on many days. Used to be a lot of buffets at Station and Boyd properties, or East Cannery back in the day or sometimes the little coffe shop restuartants at Club Fortune or even Jerry's nugget. Now that buffets at the local places are mostly gone, I still share details of lunches at Victory Burger, and Bacon Nation ect. That doesn't sound familiar?

But the fact is that I share less and less about what I do now, playing, eating, everything. All sharing my experiences as an AP got me was people calling me a liar.

BUT, I enjoy most trip reports from others, especially Vegas, including yours Red. As long as they are real and not full of bullshit gambling winning claims, and all the non winning claims only meant to impress people. I am speaking of Dawgs reports of course. Yours, Red are fine. Enjoyable. For the most part that of a guy who is enjoying himself and enjoys being in Vegas.

But stop lying because you think I am all of the sudden your enemy. I have shared more of my experiences in detail than anyone on this forum.
Again....always the victim. The #1 whine of every liar & denier.

I rent cars a lot during this time of year. In fact, I have a Avis right now for this 4 week winter trip we're on. I use AMEX but not because of the secondary insurance they provide. I regularly extended rentals, and with a no pre-set limit it always goes smoothly.

The insurance is always my own vehicle insurance. Whenever I have claims (such as for when the hawk that flew into my door diving for a rabbit crossing the road while I was going 75 early last week) the card covers my deductible. That's all I care about, since I stopped flying 2 decades ago.

Yea when I said All I meant the travel type cards like Venture with Cap one and the Sapphire with Chase. I believe most personal AMEX cards cover it but best to check first.

I'm almost certain a forensics expert would disagree with you. Your "details" are all generic and have no elements that could be checked/verified in real time.

The lack of detail, in fact, is stunning. Your posts simply don't contain any descriptions that are verifiable. Almost no detail at all regarding places or food or people or events outside a pit. When you step back and examine your thousands of posts, there is no (to use an overused phrase) "there" there. It's very, very odd.

I think that's what triggers so many people to believe most of your stuff is invented. Again, I can't say one way or another, but it's very strange.

It's as if you move through a world, and report on it, where the only thing in focus (to use an Alan Mendelson double entendre) is you, and even that varies all over the place.
This post shows how much of AP play goes over your head. You are clueless. Whether you believe he does it or not is irrelevant to the massive amount of information KJ has given on blackjack strategy and tactics over the years.

My opinion on this, as always, is from neutral observation. KJ would not have to write a book. All he would have to do is go over his thousands of posts in the forums and cull out the ones with the most insight given. There are hundreds of those kind of posts.

I’ve had my own problems with KJ in the past but that is irrelevant as to what my opinion of his knowledge and ability at blackjack is.

Carry on with the troll wars, guys. It’s funny stuff.

Once again you’ve shown you have no reading comprehension when it comes to AP. And how was Munch forthcoming to us when it was a private conversation, if it really occurred, between you and him.

When will Munchkin’s podcast with you air?

I gave an open invite. You do realize they have done just a couple of shows the last year or so? I think an interview with me is something you would do right before the college football season, but maybe not.

I actually think they have more interest in a certain significant other, but she's a little more private than me.

You know how it works -- the connected hang with the connected, so to speak. Ahem, of course I'm speaking about the movie business.

We did exchange a couple of Castaways stories, which was cool. I didn't know anyone else remembered the place.

Castaways was huge in the sports betting world in its time. Like Little Caesars that we talked about before and Barbary Coast.

And finally, mickey, with all due respect, how does a guy traipsing around BumFuk, Montana and Kansas and such know anything about what every day details would or would not get you in "AP" trouble in LV? Reporting where you occasionally eat or describing environmental details about traffic and Christmas decorations would get you in the Black Book, as opposed to sitting at tables for 20 years?

Wake up and smell the Bumfuk, Montana coffee, mickey.

Are you freaking out of your mind? I have at times talked about ALL those things. AND MORE. I have named the gay club I used to attend somewhat regularly. Rob Knows because he also has mentioned it. I have talked about running into Shackleford several times. I have bitched about traffic, especially during the months leading up to F1 each year. But at the end of the day there is always construction and traffic in Vegas. And I am neither here to be a traffic reporter, nor a tourist guide.

This from a maroon living in a shack in Johnson Shitty, Tenneshitty. I was in Nevada for ten years. Then I expanded to the rest of the country. I'm bad. I'm nationwide.

You are not qualified to even use the term, AP. It's been right in your face for 40 years and you still don't know jackshit about it. You just don't have a clue. You are to dense to learn it. No amount of your trolling is going to change that for you. You're a fucking dumass ploppie.

I don't know what happened to Red, that he has become so anti-AP. He used to at least understand advantage play and how it works. Now he thinks he is at war with APs because some of us are doing some sports betting. How dare we!!

Rob probably said or did something very ignorant and found himself on the no fly list.
